The place was in Tuscany - so just the drive getting there was beautiful. Very spacious - and set up very nicely. There was a washing machine which we didn't use, also saw a dryer was listed but didn't see it. The host was gracious and sorry we only were spending there one night

Lovely clean swimming pool and garden areas to relax in both back and front of apartment. rear garden had comfy chairs and sun umbrella. Food welcome pack on arrival. Absolutely amazing stay 😀 we were delayed arriving to the property and Ilaria made suitable arrangements for us to check in, both Ilaria and her mother made us feel so welcome and showed us round the property, we had breakfast vouchers and drinks vouchers provided for LariBARta along with water and a few essentials to get us settled, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area, the views are absolutely breathtaking 💖
Set just outside Peccioli and at the foot of a hill, Hotel Portavaldera provides quiet, simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It is a 5-minute drive from the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno Motorway.
Lari really is a hidden gem in the Tuscan hills. A hill-top village complete with a castle, lots of back streets to explore, restaurants/bars...and 360 degrees breathtaking views! And not overtaken by tourists even like some other towns in the area are. Centrally located too - just 25 minute drive from Pisa airport, and 20 minutes drive to the coast. I'll be back!

It is very nice,big property,big apartment,clean and comfortable rooms,your own terrace,very nice for children-lots of space to play,nice people,their own garden-you can take vegetables and fruit if you need,very helpfull staff,nice swinming pool
Everything about the property was excellent. The grounds were excellent, the room comfortable, and the location was great if you’re looking for a getaway experience in Lari. And Maurizio, the host, is beyond excellent, he’s a guide, with knowledge that only locals can boast, and with sensitivities for all who travel to his villa. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Great little apartment, fantastic location, and Ilaria and her family were the perfect hosts! Vouchers for breakfast and aperitivo in a bar in the village were also provided and a very nice touch. Fully air conditioned, which was definitely appreciated in the hot weather
Very nice ambience, tidy, clean. The breakfast is above average, the staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. Carlota, who is ultra-friendly and will arrange everything you want. I highly recommend the hotel, we will definitely come back. Robert and Nina from Slovenia.
The location (Tuscany!), stunning view from some windows, the bathroom, the owner. You feel a little bit like a guest, but won't be disturbed at all. The decor of the apartment is interesting and tasteful, you are surrounded by pictures and theatre-like decorations.
Extraordinary and charming place near beautiful town Lari. Spent Halloween night so spooky tower was great choice. Do not expect too much, it's ancient ;) But it is great experience. Good luck Yvonne to follow your dream. One day your tower rise like phoenix!
Lovely appointments, very spacious, typical old style with all modern facilities. Coffee machine was excellent. Pool was perfect for the kids. Views are fantastic. Location is brilliant, lari is a lovely village with restaurants and bars
Great, open place with lots of parking spaces and very calm. The centres of Lari and Ponsacco provide lots of possibilities for good toscanian breakfast (bread and pastry). Smaller and bigger supermarkets are within 5-10 km distance.
Host John was great, super apartment, all rooms have own private bathroom, great view from the deck. Beautiful Baroque style of the house. Definitely better than on the pictures.
