Absolutely beautiful restored medieval farmhouse. Had horses, chickens, geese, cows, and a view of the castle across the river. Very family friendly and lots of space for my boys to run amok after the long drive.

We enjoyed a local small cheese making factory - parmegiano regianno. As well as several local wineries that Ivano recommended - all excellent. We then visited Parma cathedral and a few other sites in town. 2 days was a good length for this visit.
