It's close to Merano (which is much better known and visited), and also fairly touristy, but with the businesses aimed more at cultured tourists rather than mass tourism (not sure if there were any chain hotels there), interested in arts and finer dining.
I landed there by very lucky accident (due to problems booking a room in Merano).
Location was beautiful, the view over the town was very special.
Everything worked perfectly and we even got a late check out to enjoy the morning & early afternoon.
Merano is only a short drive away and also supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries are at short distance.
We loved the interior specifically and jsut felt very home.

We traveled to Lana for hiking in the Dolomites. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, towels, a hairdryer. It is also pretty close to the center of the city. On days of relaxation, we could also enjoy the indoor pool or sunbathe in the yard. We often dined on the balcony, enjoying the wonderful view of the surroundings.
Oberjaistenhof is a heavenly place to spend your holidays in Trentino.
The agritourism is located in a secluded position from the center of Lana, among the vineyards and at the foot of a mountain.
There is a magnificent panorama, a relaxing calm and the friendliness of Konrad that make you feel immediately at ease.

the design of the room was useful and comfortable. I really love that all the furniture was made of wood because everytime you enter a room there is this amazing smell coming from the wood:) beside the location of the hotel is at the center so you can walk around last but not least the owner of the hotel is so kind and friendly.
Super friendly and attentive staff, very comfortable beds, tea in rooms, parking, transit passes. Also, my daughter had her 22nd birthday during our stay and the hotel left a bottle of prosecco in the room. That gesture was so thoughtful, we were so surprised and loved it!
The quality of the room felt like 5 star hotel. The staff was extreamly friendly and everything was made so easy to use so you don't feel any pressure at all and you are able to enjoy fully your stay. That is the only hotel so far we cannot say a single bad word about it
it is located very central in Lana so you can easily walk to the bus station (they provide you with a region bus ticket) and walk around the town. The breakfast is complete and there is a basket full of delicious apples from the region for you to enjoy.

the house was Extremely clean, perfectly equipped and furnished. Owner is super kind and the location just perfect to explore Merano and the surrounding area. Lana’s center is just a 5 min walk from the property and quite nice to explore.
One of the greatest houses we’ve ever been. it’s all new and modern, very comfortable and cosy. the exterior facilities are also wonderful with plenty of space. we haven’t used the pool since it was closed to winter. highly recommended!

Great quiet location in a conveniently located village, Lana, nicer to get around than Merano and Bolzano. Enough restaurant choices to access by foot. Very comfy and large apartments.
