we 've really enjoyed our summer holiday at Casa Adele, a really spacious and airy 2 floors apartment, super comfortable and very elegantly designed... with an equally spacious outdoor , fitted with large table and a barbecue . the atmosphere is super peaceful and relaxing ... especially if holiday with the family , which at times can be challenging . The layout gave plenty of room for each member of the family to have its own space to then reconvene in the large table areas (both indoor and out door)... perfect! The villa is set away from the crowded coast but near enough to get to the sea and all popular resorts in a less than 15 min panoramic car drive , itself very enjoyable. Check in was super easy and the hosts signora Isabella and signora Marianna were really lovely and helpful with local tips and info about the house.

Thank you so much for everything. Our trip was great and Sperlonga beach is just the best beach in the world for me.
You must have a car to stay at the villa as both the beach, shops and restaurants are only accessible by car. And also need lots of mobile internet as the wi-fi works very poorly. The villa fully corresponds to the photos. All stated appliances are available and work well. Dinners on the terrace and the sea view from it is lovely.

Perfect place out of the noisy touristic places, if you find calm and quiet accomodation, it is perfect. Nice approach of the personal and also the owner. The trouble with WiFi - because of the previous storm - was immediatelly solved with a big effort. All equipments are new and clean, including swimming pool. Thank you, perfect accomodation

We only used Itri as a base to visit the coastal areas. It was more economical that way and only a 20 minute drive away. Getting hotels for two days in Sperlonga in not cheap. These are 7 day locations. The accommodation also has a great little restaurant which serves local dishes. Great place to eat after returning from the beach.
Nice BnB, in a quiet place in the hills around Itri. Distant from the busy beach and a little distant from town, too. The owners take very good care about their guests and try to make the stay as pleasent as possible. I felt very warm and welcome there - they are English with an Italian background. They offered different options for breakfast and served my preferences. Cleanliness was excellent. I like to return next season.
The staff was very kind, always present and ready to fulfill every request. It is a lovely place surrounded by greenery, quiet, you can enjoy the view and fresh air. I liked Rebecca's availability, she can suggest anything on what to see, where to eat and more in Itri, Gaeta, and Sperlonga.
P.s the breakfast was delicious. They serve freshly baked orange flavoured muffins (which her dad prepares)!
Amazing place that exceeded expectations. Cozy, fresh and extremely clean rooms with a wonderful view of the mountains and the olive garden. The environment promises its beauty and tranquility. We easily reached the town of Itri on foot in 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend a visit.
