Stayed here for a night before an early morning flight out of Bergamo. I came in with quite low expectations. I basically expected the hotel to just be clean. But I have to say I was REALLY impressed.
The wifi signal in the room was weak and I expected them to just put the blame on me. But a few minutes later, a really friendly and service-minded engineer was standing in my room, confirmed the issue (he seemed very surprised about this, I was probably just unlucky, the wifi was fine even right outside my room) and then immediately provided me with a network cable and USB-to-ethernet adapter for my PC. Never in a 1000 years would I have expected such a level of service!!! I was really blown away by this.
They also upgraded me to a better room free of charge, which came with the minibar being included for free. Great!
They also had a spa area that looked nice, but I didn't have time to test it.
Would definitely, 100% stay here again before another flight out of Bergamo.

The Apartments are really easy to find, 20 minutes close to the Airport by foot. Checkin is very easy. Also the room is big enough and very clean. Also the bathroom was big and clean with quick hot water.

The room is in walking distance to the airport. We had an overnight stay, the host was very kind and helpful, self check-in instructions were also very clear. The room is comfortable and very clean. There is also soem snacks and coffee available. Overall a great place if you need to transfer flights! Easy access to Bergamo city center (bus is very close).
Beautiful quiet safe location!!
I had a late night arrival and felt completely safe walking around the town at 11pm. Hosts were very pleasant accommodating people.
Would rather stay here and travel into the city by day to sightsee than actually pay twice the price for inferior accommodation in the city. Buses were cheap and frequent.

We spent one night in the town.
We spent one night in the town. We could only see the road to the accommodation, which was only 250 meters from the bus. On the way from the bus to the accommodation, we saw some shops and an optician, but we found the location interesting and nice. I would definitely like to spend, for example, two or three days here.

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.
I had a late flight landed in Bergamo and a very morning train to France, so this was the perfect accomodation. It is easily to find and about 20 min walking from the airport. The host can arrange a shuttle for you if you want. He is very calm, welcomes you to show the house. Breakfast is included and has: bread, jam, butter, nutella, some packed croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. The coffee was great, prepared in the moka. The bathroom is shared, but everything is very clean. So this is the best choice for tranzit.
Hotel next to the airport, 20min on foot. All great for one night when you have a late departure or an early flight out. Perfect communication, very clear instructions on how to find the hotel and check in. Everything you need to stay overnight is there - shower, bed, TV, coffee, tea , and even a small snack. The room is very simple and small. As I said - ok for one short night.

The hotel is close to Bergamo airport, you can get here by foot (or there is a bus stop in a few meters).

The hotel was awesome! Easy to get to by car and super convenient for the airport. Front desk staff was helpful. I loved the spa. Everything was spotlessly clean in the room and the spa. A very restful start to a trip. The food and service at the restaurant was good, too.
There was self check-in made very easy. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Relatively close to the airport (approx 2.5 km) with sidewalk and a tunnel under the busy road. Grassobbio, where the hotel is situated, is a nice little town.
Very convenient location - 15 minutes by foot from the airport. The room is clean and very warm. There were a kettle, tea, hairdryer and shampoo in the room. The hotel has a vending machine with coffee and drinks.
Generally it's a good hotel. The room is quite large, there are tea facilities in the room. Excellent transfer to the airport for 5 euros per person. Service at the reception is normal.
Very nice hotel, everything was just perfect. We arrived a little bit late and although the restaurant was fully booked, they arranged a table for us in the coffee shop. Food was great.
Nice inner courtyard with a seating area, good quality dinner in the restaurant (although also on the expensive side), clean and modern hotel. Small spa but with high quality saunas.
