It was very close to the airport! The staff was very helpful, very Easy selv check-in. Nearby Parking available. The taxi is a bit prices so it actually pays off to rent a car on a shirt transfer like purs.

We found this to be an ideal place to stay the night before taking a flight home from Bergamo Airport. Communication with the host, Grazie, was excellent and we received detailed instructions on how to access the room. The room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities in the communal area are superb (and free!). In the morning Grazie arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport.

Great communication. From the beginning they have sent me all Infos. How to get there and all details for the self check in as I arrived late in the night. The room was small but had all for a night to stay. The heater was on, so it was warm when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle to prepare tea in the room. Also there was a machine where with a stick which is on the key, I could choose some things for breakfast. The bathroom was on the floor but was not too far away and was just for my room. It was everything well organised without staff at the guesthouse. It's very recommendable when staying for a overnight to get a flight the next day.

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.
I had a late flight landed in Bergamo and a very morning train to France, so this was the perfect accomodation. It is easily to find and about 20 min walking from the airport. The host can arrange a shuttle for you if you want. He is very calm, welcomes you to show the house. Breakfast is included and has: bread, jam, butter, nutella, some packed croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. The coffee was great, prepared in the moka. The bathroom is shared, but everything is very clean. So this is the best choice for tranzit.

3 minutes from Oriocenter which is excellent for shopping and 3 minutes from the airport, so you have time to enjoy the lovely breakfast served from 6-10am with lovely views of the mountains. Very nice SPA area- free of charge. just make sure you make prior reservation.
If you take the superior suite (for 3) all the mini bar content is complementary.

The room was bigger than expected! It was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The walk from Orio al Serio airport was straight forward. My sister and I did this walk at 11am and 3am the next morning. The path was well lit and we felt safe. The hotel is attached to a very welcoming and accommodation restaurant that is also reasonably priced! The staff communicated with us very well despite my sister and I not knowing a lick of Italian. I recommend staying at this hotel!
This is an ideal choice for catching early flight at Bergamo. Twenty-minute walk is not short, but much is more reliable than the Italian public transport, especially the bus which always delays and risks your flight.
I had a one-day trip to the old town, ending with a very nice shopping experience at the Outlets close by the Bergamo airport.

Modern hotel with a shiny look! We stayed over the night only, but enjoyed it. Both reception and bar staff showed professionalism and friendliness. Had dinner at the bar and it was tasty, very tasty. The early morning shuttle to the airport was on time and quickly delivered us into Bergamo airport. Do not hesitate and book this hotel if you need to stay near Bergamo airport.
The hotel was awesome! Easy to get to by car and super convenient for the airport. Front desk staff was helpful. I loved the spa. Everything was spotlessly clean in the room and the spa. A very restful start to a trip. The food and service at the restaurant was good, too.
My flight was delayed and I had to resort to a transfer, which was very well organized. In the morning during breakfast, I spoke with the owner, who was very kind. I stayed here for one night, very convenient due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport.
There was self check-in made very easy. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Relatively close to the airport (approx 2.5 km) with sidewalk and a tunnel under the busy road. Grassobbio, where the hotel is situated, is a nice little town.
The hotel is next to the main road so it is very easy to find it. It is just the right size (not to big and not to small). It has a big garage for parking. THe breakfast was quite good and the staff was also friendly.
Very nice hotel, everything was just perfect. We arrived a little bit late and although the restaurant was fully booked, they arranged a table for us in the coffee shop. Food was great.
Nice inner courtyard with a seating area, good quality dinner in the restaurant (although also on the expensive side), clean and modern hotel. Small spa but with high quality saunas.
