A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

Nothing. The wifi dropped in and out. None during the night mostly off. The breakfast was a joke. The hotel is falling apart. In fact how you can call it a hotel. Its street view would make you run away and not much better when you get up to the hotel on the 4th floor. This hotel should be regraded it is not a 4 star At most 2 star.
