Location is very convenient, you can walk from it to all the city attractions and pretty much all start points for the mountains are very near (from 5min to 30min with a car). Railway is across the street if you wish to travel by train, great pizza place (Pronto Pizza), grocerie store..Valur for money is great.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

Gemona del Friuli is a gem between the mountains and the river Tagliamento. It's a great location for lovers of hiking, biking, paragliding and other sports. I spend time in Gemona every time I come back to Italy. It's one of my favorite spots in the Alps. The people are friendly and happy.

We were amazed by unique hospitality of our hosts. They were friendly when we arrived an hour late. It was easy to communicate in English. What took our breath away was how wonderful the hosts were to our little daughter who had her birthday the next day. Grazie mile! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and beds and the whole hotel are very modern and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay for 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this accomodation 100%. Just superhosts:).

Hotel was in a quiet location but close enough to walk up to main part of old town. Good secure storage facilities for bikes. The meal we had in the attached restaurant was excellent. Felt like it was hosted in the family dining room. Simple, tasty food at a reasonable price. Breakfast also excellent, with hot option of eggs available too if required.

Clean rooms , tasty breakfast. Great place for cyclists - This hotel has a separate, locked place for storing bikes and as well as cleaning and serciving, with a water hose available.
The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and polite. The rooms and hotel itself were clean and comfortable. They also have storage for bicycles. I Would go there again.
