The staff is super friendly, we came with an EV and the very very nice lady from the hotel helped me to find a charging station & went together with me to pick me up and drive me back to the hotel! SUPER SERVICE!!
The hotel is very sweet, nice, clean, top restaurant, overall we were very happy with our stay, although we only stayed overnight for a stop before going deeper into the dolomites.

It was a great experience. The staff is great and very helping and welcoming. It has a great outdoor pool with a fantastic view and a great relaxing area and sauna included. The room was big and clean. The bathroom is great and warm. We had booked the half board option with a various options of morning choises and a good dinner.

The hotel is in the proper center of this small city. the beds are very comfortable. the staff is really friendly.
This is a very cozy and modern hotel. Next to it there is a restaurant and a brewery with very tasty beer. Breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased to see the plant milk pudding option. The selection of products and dishes is very good and reflects my idea of healthy eating.
Sound insulation in the hotel is excellent, we did not hear any noise from the street or from the neighbors.
The beds are comfortable and modern, I slept very well. Next trip I hope to stay at this hotel. It was 10/10 as a stopover along the way
We reserved a room for four people and unfortunately, two of our friends got sick and couldn't come. The hotel cancelled our reservation for free, even though it was non-refundable, and gave us smaller and cheaper room. Room was very nice and clean, breakfast was delicious with wide selection of meals. It's located right by the highway, so it's perfect for one night stay while travelling. No need to worry about the noise, the windows are really soundproof, you won't hear a thing.
everything was excellent. We are in the way to central italy and this hotel was excellent for us to stay for one night. Parkinbg on side. We are family 2+2 and we get one big family room. Restaurant was on side too, so it was possible to eat a supper. For kids there were garden with playground next to restaurant. Breakfast was excelent with a lot of weggie options for my wife:) rooms comfortable.

Really great hotel: medieval façade which gives the hotel a nice touch, then very nice staff (my friend was picked up by them very late from the train station in Franzensfeste), nice room with big bathroom and fantastic breakfast! Also, there is an excellent restaurant just next to the hotel. Would say, this is the best choice to stay overnight in the Franzensfeste region!
Nice and big rooms. It has a restaurant/brewery just next to the hotel (same hotel owners). Beer, and Pizza were great. They have also a playground for kids which was great so my son could play while we were enjoying our beer. We took this hotel as one night stop from our trip to Italy. I would do it again.
Loved the perfect location in the Italian Alps. We needed a comfortable 1/2 point to Italy from Germany and this was perfect. The staff is very friendly and the pizza brew restaurant with a wood fired oven is excellent. Breakfast in the AM was simple but elegant. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and very clean hotel. It was very warm (heat wave in Italy) and with no AC it was a bit of a challenge to sleep. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay for us!
