We loved our room and patio, with such an incredible view of the sea and sunset! The staff are all great, especially, Fortunata! Every morning at the delicious breakfast, she would make us excellent cappuccino! The area is especially bike friendly, and the hotel had a great place for our bikes. ( we are traveling by bike). We can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying in this bed and breakfast place! It is family owned business and they all do everything they can, above and beyond, so that their guests will feel comfortable and happy. The building was recently renovated and beautiful, the room was big and very comfortable, and the location could not be better! Few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the promenade.
We hope to come again.

Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats...
Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats, no parking place, not working garbage baskets/containers.
But great nightlife, many place to spend and enjoy day and night time. Aqua park is wonderfull, night park with carts, mini-golf and many other games.
Restaurants to enjoy all types of food.

The purpose of our visit to Follonica was to visit a cousin...
The purpose of our visit to Follonica was to visit a cousin we had never met before. We had a wonderful time. We were very close to an area without car traffic and the beach walk area. It was so nice. There was a wonderful restaurant, Taverna Della Strega, right across from where we stayed. We could have stayed much longer in Follonica to see the surrounding area.

Not too far away to come from Pisa Airport...about a couple of hours drive. Can also take the train from Pisa to Follonica.
Plenty of good clean fine sandy beaches along the coast and water looks clean. Many good places to eat out or get to the market if on self catering. Plenty of greens and sunshine this late September.

Follonica is a small town where people actually stop at the cross-walks! This may sound strange but I live in Rome where the life is much faster and the people much less hospitable. Follonica is completely different, its a slow-paced beachfront town.
We booked a 2 nights vacation in the Romantic suite, the room in reality was even better than the photos! We highly recommend!
We booked in room massage (Massimiliano arranged) was amazing, Michela was amazing! Would recommend!
The bath in the living room is just amazing

I had a very late check in, like, really late, almost too early for the next day, however the front desk gentleman was really nice to help me get some rest for the remainder of the night. Although my shower took forever to turn hot and I almost run out of time and had to get back on the road I still enjoyed this old school hotel in the building that is at least a hundred years old.
Lovely hotel! Clean, modern, relatively spacious rooms. There is a lift (elevator) for the upper floors. Breakfast was very nice, everything provided. Great location, the beach is about 3 minutes from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, always ready to help. The cleaning staff were really great, they cleaned the rooms everyday, replaced the complimentary drinks in the fridge (in the room) daily! I really enjoyed my stay! Will visit again!
Ausonia is a nice hotel, very close to the beach. The rooms might be a bit basic, but I didn’t arrive hear because I needed luxury. Staff are friendly, not perfect in English, but we made each other understood. Walk out of the hotel, five minutes to the left train station, two seconds to the right beach. One can not ask for more!
our stay at La casa di Bianca was perfect, thanks to Marco, our perfect host. He lead us to the best dinner in town, had his passeggiata with us and showed us around in Follonica. The best host we could have wished. Even more he gave us plenty of ideas what to do and where to eat in Florence. Lovely and special!!
Gorgeous apartment in Follonica, renovated beautifully and just lovely to stay in. Plenty of light coming in from the roof windows and the property was clean and fresh. Plenty of towels were provided, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary.
Casa Margerita is located near local play place for children and thinegers. Therfore in room with open window till late night was quite loudly. Other things ok. Brekfast italian style. Room very clean. Casa located near beach and city center of Follonica.

The location was excellent! Literally, right on the Ligurian Sea. Very safe property. Public beach adjacent to the North and South, Hotel boasts of private beach which is 3 foot by 10 foot (literally)
The balcony was charming. Very central location, 100 m from Follonica beach. Decent place to stay if you are actually able to organize check-in instructions in advance.
