Honestly the photos in booking.com does not give the true impression about this hotel. It’s much better in reality. The food is excellent, the spa and swimming pool are the best , the staff are very friendly and very professional. Coming in winter and experiencing to swim while the snow is surrounding you is worth coming to this place. It’s very safe place , I forgot my car key inside the car for a full night and doors were open and no one bother even to get close to my car.
Andrea, the owner, is really kind and always at your service. The house is clean, cozy and most importantly big (with 4 bathrooms) and it’s ideal for families and big groups. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Home Falzes. Never had any issue, the position is also perfect just a half hour drive from Lago di Braies. On our last day, we also had a bbq in the spacious garden. Thank you, Andrea! We’ll be back, certainly.
This hotel has it all. Location was great, quiet at night, not far away from Kronplatz using the nearby skibus. Our car was parked in the closed garage, free of charge. Spa center was just enough, all you need was there. Service is impeccable, everyone was nice and welcoming, especially Irina who spoke our language. Food was remarkable, rooms were large and clean. This is a place you need to come back. Thank you for everything.
This is a hotel that is very well run by its owners. Friendly staff, good service, good breakfast, excellent dinner and nice wines. We are spoiled and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. An example of the quality is that the cappucino at breakfast is made by hand and does not come from a fully automatic machine. We booked one of the suites. If possible, I would go for it. That was a really nice room.
The apartment we had was lovely - well appointed including kitchenette, in as-new condition, great location close to a supermarket, baker and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. For the caffeine addicts, the coffee machine and tasty provided beans will help you through your stay. Alexandra is super friendly and helpful, and Falzes was a great base from which we could explore the Dolomites.
Best location to see all Falzes and Dolomites. Comfortable house, modern and spacious furniture design, easy parking. Warm and silent. Excellent option for families. Spacious, very clean, and comfortable apartment with everything you need for skiing holidays, including a good boot dryer. Good parking space, easy to reach Kronplatz by car. Also, conveniently close to the center of Falzes on foot (with a grocery store, bakery, and bus stop).

Nice family hotel in near driving proximity to skiing lifts. Ski buss stops at front doors. Good and freshly made breakfast. Friendly and supportive staff. Enjoyed a lot wellness area - different saunas, swimming pool.
The place was brand new with big size rooms, nice kitchen and all comfort you need. Outdoor pool ready to use. The welness area was not yet ready but we could make use of the wellness of the hotel.
Absolutely stunning place. The staff is incredibly friendly also with small kids, food, just insane. Every time we did something at the hotel it exceeded expectations. Worth every penny.
