Good town with a family friendly ski resort nearby. If you want more entertainment and ski slopes, you can drive 30 km from the town to the Marmalada mountain and get to the sella ronda tracks. The cost of living in this region is almost twice as cheap as in the towns around the sella ronda

I stayed in Falcade Alto, which is about 10 mins car drive from Falcade; it is very quiet, up in the hills, must be really good for a ski vacation, although it is a bit 'too quiet' in the summer.
The room was clean and spacious! The bed was big and comfort! The location is very good, nearby there is a great pub, bakery and supermarket! The hotel has parking but a small one, but you find easily parking space at the road in front of the hotel! Compares to all other hotel in Dolomites (which have too high prices) it was great value for money, but We booked it last minute so I don’t t know if the price was different! Plus pet friendly!
Very well located (in front of really nice, local, family run restaurant, 5 mins walk from Molino ski lift), with wonderful view from the balcony and kitchen window. Molino itself is a nice and calm part of Falcade. The common area/living room is large and spacy, with large eating table. It is warm in the winter, you can easily manipulate the temperature to let the skiing clothes dry.
Great location near the slope and the center of Falcade. New apartment well equipped with all necessary appliances; oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, TV, dishwasher, etc. Spacious space in the living room and bedroom. Both apartments have a lockable room in the basement for ski equipment: ski holder, boot dryer, iron and washing machine.
I initially had a big problem with the owner who couldn’t find my reservation and my room. However after long discussion, we made it to get another room in another hotel. This hotel was nice and comfortable even though the cleaning ladies in the morning were a bit loud. The location was good and walkable.

The location is good because it is at walking distance from both the centre (10 min walk) and the ski lift (15-20 min walk). In winter it also runs a free shuttle to the ski lift.
I was on a ski vacation. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I thank them for all the skiing tips. The ski bus stops 20 meters from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. I had a really nice time. I recommend the hotel to all my friends.
The room had a balcony, 5 meters above the ski slope, with a breath taking view of the mountains beyond.
The view and location are something rare.
And beyond that the hotel was very clean, well kept, and the food was excellent.
This hotel is a wonderful place where you can really enjoy ski-holidays. The stuff is very professional, friendly , speaking English, helpful , always with smile on their faces. Breakfast and dinner are excellent.
The chef (cook) of the hotel is quite good and cooked very tasty and interesting dishes.
If you like sweet breakfast you have a very wide choice.
Staff is always prepared to help if you have special requests.
We booked this hotel as a center point for traveling 3 days at the dolomites. The rooms were moderate. You could hear snooze from rooms nearby.

Superbly run a family hotel by people who care. attached to town center and cross-country sky center. need a car or bus (or legs) to reach ski centers, the closest is 1.5km away.
