Basically everything was great. New cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows with an extra sofa which is always good, very friendly and helpful owners. Easy checkin-checkout, the breakfast was abundant, good the cappuccino.

We had a good time, Madame Giusy is so nice and prepared a breakfast with fresh coffee, self-made cakes and fresh coffee. Also she provided a special bed for our baby. The accommodation is good located, you have short ways to have good times in Sarnico, Iseo, Clusane or Sulzano (for visiting Monte Isola —> we recommend that, especially the hiking tour to the church on the top of the island). The bathroom is very good, absolutely clean.

Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

We received a warm welcome, the staff is kind and always ready to help if needed, the place is beautifully decorated and very clean, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and was prepared with lot of love. The location is perfect !! a quiet farm less than 10 minutes to Lake ISEO. Our experience was excellent and we would love to return to this hotel again.

The location has some very big and well equipped hotel rooms and very good restaurant, where you can have a very rich menu with four glasses of Franciacorta recommended by the very friendly and competent staff.
Great Location in the middle of Franciacorta and very close to the amazing Lake Iseo, luxurious ambience, abundant and varied breakfast, beautiful Hotel grounds, charismatic staff in the reception area and during breakfast.
BUT...
The hotel is dated but was clean. The continental breakfast offered is fine, we only used it to have a coffee. Staff were friendly. Room was furnished basically but it was ok for what we needed.
The ambience of the hotel is really nice, quiet located, and parking is really not a problem. if you want to be in Iseo you have to go with the car. The rooms are a bit outdated, but ok.

On top of this I believe it’s the best hotel around Iseo area (excluding those at the lake). Rooms are spacious.
Breakfast staff and gentleman at the lounge bar were very friendly. Good location for sightseeing. Breakfast selection was better than many Italian hotels.
