By far the hotel with the best location in all of Bergamo. Located in the old town, it is a short walk from all the main sites. The BF is excellent and the staff polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious and although they don't have an evening turn down service, our requirements for extra water etc were attended to without fuss even later in the evenings.

The rooms are excellent, as is the restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly. There is nothing to fault.
The hotel is very good. Nice rooms. Very clean.

The owner is very helpful and polite. The only problem is that he doesn't speak english. Cause of that, the communication was a little difficult, not impossible though! Everything was arranged well!
It's about 10-15 minutes from the airport by taxi (costs approximately 25 euros), if there is no traffic.
It's about 20 minutes from the city center by public transport (bus).
