The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the stay. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful in meeting your needs, breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant were delicious (we booked a half-board option), the room (family? on the 3rd floor) was quite spacious, beds were comfortable. There is a large playroom for the kids with TV and a few games. It can also be used to do some work or reading. There is a bar adjacent to the lobby. The spa is satisfying including the sauna and the turkish bath. The jacuzzi had a perfect temperature suitable for kids compared to boiling hot in some other places. There is a parking garage in the basement, but parking requires some care if you have a large vehicle (there are also a few spots available alongside the driveway which we had utilized if the garage was full late at night). The room may get hot due to heating arrangement throughout the building, but leaving the balcony door open for some time solves the problem. The location is generally quiet - we heard no people partying and yelling at night. The hotel is about 300m away from the nearest ski lift - you can either drive and park there, use a free ski bus or ... walk in case you love such a workout. There is a train station and ski bus stops by the ski lift, which can take you to the adjacent skiing areas. There is a small supermarket, a pasticceria and a few other shops within walkable distance (few hundred meters). There is a larger supermarket in a kilometer or so (SPAR or similar). Be careful relying on GPS driving through the town as it can bring you to the streets, which are so narrow, that the vehicle can literally get stuck between two houses.

Area is great for active summer holidays, there are lots of places for outdoor activities also with kids (Val di Sole with Val die Peio and Val di Rabbi). The two parks (Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, Adamello Brenta Nature Park) are easy to access and stunning, and probably less busy than the Dolomites to the east.

Perfect place for ski - accommodation is usually cheaper than in Madonna di Campiglio and it's less crowdy.
There are some nice restaurants with italian cuisine (Pizzeria Dolomiti!) and grocery stores. During ski season there are free skibuses going to/from Daolasa, Folgarida-Marilleva, Pejo, Madonna di Campiglio

Rather negative ski pass experience - no flexibilty. Although you buy broad area ski pass (which we bought in Madonna di C.), which also includes Marileva and Folgarida, but in Comezadura they refused to do any corrections (related to one day lock-out of ski tracks) and just for that we had to go to Madonna di C., where the atmosphere is much more relaxed and pro-turist. So we instead of visiting Comezadura for one day, we got back to lovely Madonna di C.
Great location near the ski lift with great views. Staff were warm and welcoming (Sonja went above and beyond in helping us and making us comfortable).
Good to have sauna and whirlpool available at the end of the day.
They seem able to pick you up and drop you off if you don't arrive/depart at a peak time (ie lunch hours). Or you can leave your luggage at the ski lift and walk to the hotel. They will pick up luggage later.
A few decent hikes nearby though the more spectacular ones require driving nearby.
It is very easy to describe our stay at Apartment Hotel Dolomites Living&Relax: everything was just perfect!!! 10+ for all categories. The staff was really friendly, helping us with all our questions. The spa area was amazing. The private ski bus was always on time and the rooms super nice. The breakfast was great as well and they offered different gluten and lactose free products. A place I can only recommend!!!
When we got to the house, there was a technical issue with the doors that made it impossible to stay there, but the host resolved the issue very quickly by finding an alternative room in a nearby hotel for us. I probably shouldn't rate the place as we didn't really stay there, but I do want to appreciate the initiative of the host to quickly resolve the problem in a very satisfying way. Thank you!
we loved the hotel and really enjoyed our experience. The food was exceptional. With the exception of the older bar man who was both passive aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant towards us for the entirety of our stay, the other staff were very courteous and professional.
Lovely hotel with comfortable and spacious accommodation. Incredibly close to the ski slopes. Best of all? The staff, who were super helpful and friendly. Thank you Chiara for looking after us so well! We will definitely come back again soon.
The staff is very helpfull and kind. Breakfast was very good. Location 500 meters from Daolasa gondola (8-10 min walk by ski boots :-)0. There is also ski bus every 15 min from the hotel but it was overcroudy at morning hours.

walking distance (200m) from ski gondola, I still recommend to keep the ski equipment in the ski store for 1 Euro per night (per person) instead of taking it to the hotel

Thé appartement had evertthing you need, even peper, salt, garbage bins sack, chemicals doe dishes. Coming straight from al hotel, this was perfect and made sure we could cook ourselves.
Excellent place with perfect location and with super friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. Excellent hospitality. Would definitely stay again. Recommend this hotel to everyone.
