It was located in a very peaceful location, in the countryside. The host was really nice. Reached out to us in advance and arranged online check in before our arrival. Took his/her time to explain us how to access the room. The room itself was quite big and comfortable with an extra bed so no problem if you are 3 people or with pets. Bonus point for cat lovers.

A truly relaxing break in such a beautiful setting - the photos do not do it justice. Definitely a treat but worth the expense.
Our room was lovely and we enjoyed all of the facilities: pool, spa, gardens, food / bar. Yes, the hotel kitchen only does breakfast and lunch but (1) there is a good bar menu to go with sundowners and (2) there are plenty of great restaurants nearby which the staff are happy to recommend / book. And their help is readily offered - we booked a cooking class and taxis through reception, and found everyone to be friendly and helpful.
The hotel is isolated (which adds to its charm), so we would recommend hiring a car so that you're not limited to taxis and can take the odd day trip around Tuscany during your stay, to nearby San Miniato or even Lucca / Florence / Pisa / Livorno which are all within an hours' drive or so.
A hidden gem. Of all the restaurants we frequented outside of Colleoli, the best was 5 minutes from our accommodations. Our reasons for being there took us away from the city proper but everything we experienced there was lovely.
I was truly impressed by the tranquility and breathtaking views Fattoria di Colleoli offered. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape and served as a splendid base for exploring the cities of Tuscany. The clean and refreshing pool was a delightful oasis, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate. Moreover, the staff's friendliness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.
Breakfast was great with fresh pastries and hot breakfast. Property was idyllic and grounds maintained nicely. Restaurant served excellent pizza and beer. Restaurant next door to the property called 'I Tigli' only open for dinner served delicious tuscan food and beer with kids playground. Hotel concierge was helpful to arrange car transfers to nearby town for lunch and art gallery. Bathroom was clean, living room was dusty.
The place is amaising. Silent, nature and beautiful sighteesing create amaising atmosphire.
It is best place to relax and rest. I recommend Fattoria di Colleoli.
Of course, I have to mentioned about kommunication with Francessca - always helpful, smiling and that's way we will choose and return to Colleoli :)

property has an old world charm…. a castle converted to a hotel. My studio room was spacious & very comfortable. Great breakfast & a great place to base yourself & do day trips in Tuscany. A car is essential if you stay here to enjoy the area.
Frattoria di Colleoli is in a very beautiful and relaxing environment. The members of the staff are super nice and helpful, we really got a warm welcome. I absolutely recommend staying here.
