The hotel is located in a typical small town, the view is beautiful. The place was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was traditional Italian. We had a very delicious Easter lunch. The people were very caring.

Very nice family owned hotel. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. There is also a restaurant and small store at the hotel, so you have plenty of food options. Good location, just 10 minutes to skiing and other towns.

Very retro hotel. Nostalgia overload, loved it. Full of character. The owner is very friendly and appears to be a near solo operator.

We had great dinners both nights, loved the swimming hole right in front of our room, the sound and energy of the torrente, the quick hike up to Popiglio to have a beer at the Circolo. Full nature nest and cool music in the evening, chill outdoor bar/meal scene, wooden tables. Relaxing and beautiful spot

The location! We started our hike just outside the house up the hill. The nature was stunning. Waking up with birds singing and the sun shining couldn't be better. The furniture was beautiful and gave the house just that extra bit of touch.

Fantastic place. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Apartment decorated with great heart. Large, comfortable, with all facilities. Private bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful terrace/garden where you can have breakfast in the morning. The apartment is at the top/slope of the mountain. Access by car demanding, but the views, silence and location make up for this small inconvenience. Excellent place for families, couples and small groups of friends. A good place for trekking, cycling, hiking, and in winter probably for skiing (slope 14 km away). Good access to Pisa, Vinci, Florence and even Siena. My family and I we were delighted.
You have to go shopping in Bagni di Luca SPAR I think.
You have to go shopping in Bagni di Luca SPAR I think. This is quite a long way a way.
The train service from Bagni di Luca is good to get to Luca. And from there you can get to Florence. This is very cheap, quick and easy.
Hiking in Cocciglia is not very easy and you cannot get to the top of the hills very easily.
