In general, as always, I chose it based on the picture; I didn’t really read the reviews. I looked on the map that there are many shopping centers nearby and the price is more than adequate. The first impression was very mixed; from the outside the hotel looked more like an ordinary private house. And so I liked it. Price, friendly hosts. Everything is quite clean and tidy. Spacious, bright room. close location to shopping centers. The hotel has a sauna for an additional fee. In general, the price/quality ratio is very good. there are rubber slippers. No road noise There are rooms with a balcony.

A very Italian resort. People, food, beach etc is great. Not much to do re sightseeing but just loved the relaxed atmosphere. could strongly recommend and especially for families as the beach in Pinarella was lovely.

It's great place if you're just looking for a beach holiday.
It's great place if you're just looking for a beach holiday. Compared to other options nearby, it's much more silent, much less crowded and peaceful. The beach has a huge shallow part, so you can enjoy it more privately and safe. We spent just a few days, but will definitely come back. Our hotel served great meals, so we ate there, but there're many restaurants in the surroundings.

Great value. Nice people, nice hotel. Nothing fancy, basic accommodations, but clean and safe. Dog friendly. Short walk to the beach where you pay for lawn chairs and an umbrella. Each Lido is owned separately and they have showers, a snack bar/restaurant. Short drive to the public beaches that are free and allow dogs, but bring your own shade, chairs and food.

It is a lovely little place, loved the walks under the shadows of trees., easy to get around .Very kind locals.
Unfortunately can’t say the same about the beaches, although they are well maintained the sea is not nearly as good as on the other side of the Adriatic.

We visited out of season for the Ironman, so I am sure Cervia feels very different in the Summer. There are loads of hotels, restaurants and miles of sandy beach with lots of choices of beach bars, cafes and activities.

I was there with my girlfriend for the annual Ironman and the area was great, the beaches and restaurants were clean and well organised. The locals in some places came across as a little abrupt.......but I’ll put that down to language barriers.
Amazing hotel and incredibly helpful staff! When my AC was making noises, they managed to fix it within half an hour. When people were advised not to leave their homes during the thunderstorm on Ironman weekend, they organized food for the guests (even though the restaurant was closed). Fantastic!! If you come to do the race, you will be right in the middle between Ironman Start and Transition. I would stay here again anytime!
Hotel was clean and in a good location. Super friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of (pre-packed) gluten-free options. The room was spacious (it was actually two bedrooms, which was great). Bathroom was small but functional. AC worked well. Power outlets were on both sides of beds and on one of the desks. Each side of the beds had their light, which was great for reading. And plenty of towels!
We really loved all of technology which is used inside the apartment. Everything was so comfort and it's a smart apartment ever. The location is really good and is close to the beach by walking in 3-5 minutes. The staffs were so excellent!!! we have to check-in very late (9 p.m.) but the staffs could organize and manage the key with all detail.
I spent the whole week in the hotel during Ironman Emilia-Romagna. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the end of the transition. Highly recommend it. Hotel & room were clean, staff was very nice, however, some of them could have a better command of English. If I will come back to Cervia definitely will use Hotel Kiss.
The hotel itself was excellent (apart form the very noisy all male party staying on our floor). Location was just across from the beach and breakfast was very very good BUT there was no parking so you had to spend a great deal of time driving around the VERY busy holiday resort looking for a cherished space!
The hotel excels in cleanliness, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are exceptionally rich and in a very pleasant ambience of the shadowy garden. The place is very quiet and only a two-minute walk from a clean sandy beach and a five-minute walk from a nice historical town centre.
Stayed here for the Ironman Emilia-Romagna. Extremely helpful and friendly management, very supportive of athletes (early breakfast etc), good location, decent room sizes, good parking spaces on the quiet roads around the hotel.
