The property for stay of two was pretty okay however the staff at reception wasn’t friendly to us.

Quiet and 15min walk to train station. Trains run every 7min to Milano but some trains take longer than others.
The staff were all lovely friendly ladies.
We have merely slept there. We have booked it only 1 night, so we haven't had time to view surrounding! But we'll go again in Milano this year and if this place will be free we'll book again and I'll have one real review.
The property is lovely, very modern, clean and is made from high quality material. Appropriate quality for a high end 4 star hotel. The location is great, close to Legnano, close to the motorway. Lake como , Milan and Malpensa Airport are all within 30 min drive. The small gym has dumbbells going up too 15 kg and a treadmill, bike and cross-trainer.
There is an entertainment park, Burger King and other restaurants at walking distance.
Breakfast was a waste of money, just sausage and scrambled eggs that were dripping with water. Boiled eggs were finished on both days, and when asked, they never brought any out. That was only the hot food and I don't eat meat. Just cake and muffins and tea. Had to make do. You get a better breakfast at a budget hotel, considering that I paid 130 euro per night.

The staff at the reception and the bar was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms, including bathrooms, were clean, spacious, well equipped and properly sound-insulated. As a family of 5 we had to rent 2 rooms and the hotel gave us adjacent rooms with inner gateway between them, which we much appreciated.
The Hotel building is modern and conveniently located 25 minutes drive away from the centre of Milan, and close to Malpensa Airport. It has floor and underground garage for parking guests vehicles. Burger King is few steps away and a commercial complex is is also very close by within one minute walking distance.
