The bed is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom both have all I needed. Bedding and towels clean and fresh, quiet, restful and private. Very clean. The staff was helpful and provided great communication. The beach was steps from the room and had its own sitting area right outside the door.

perfect host, good communication, for any questions available, very caring for his guests. we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
the place is lovely. the bedrooms have enough space, the kitchen is great for cooking together. the garden is perfect for recovery and enjoying good weather, play games, make some yoga, etc.
near the place you have supermarkets and restaurants you can reach by foot. the beach (free entry) is about 20 minutes by foot reachable. we had a rental car and startet daily trips from here (Vesuv, Pompeii, Neapel, amalfi). it is good connected to the highway.
we would recommend a stay in Vincenzo’s place again!

The best was the owner, Nicola. Very helpful at late night arrival while they were on abroad. There was an overbooking issue which he has solved in a dream way. We have been compensated in a lot of ways just because we were willing to move to another apartment for two nights. The apartment is huge and spacy, calm and cold in the big hot times, without air conditioner. Parking is easy and safe. Beach is pretty calm and water is perfect, extreme amount of sunbeds, shower on the beach. The perfect simplicity. Very good location to visit Naples and the major touristic area from this house.

I went there for a conference.
I went there for a conference. It's a summer time beach destination but a few miles north there are 17,000 Nigerian refugees and with that goes some nighttime safety concerns the locals warned me about.

The bed was very comfortable;
both the room and the bathroom were very spacious;
it was easy and free of charge to park the car at the hotel parking;
good soundproofing walls (no noise heard from other rooms);
icing on the cake: AMAZING pastry shop (pasticceria) downstairs, where the hotel serves the breakfast.
Patricia and Gabriele are very friendly a and open hosts, they gave us a lot of advices where to go, what to see, where to eat. They took us to visit a very nice views, made delicious dinner. We would like to come there again. Castel Volturno is a nice place, we had nice neighbors, we are just very satysfied.
Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.
