Great place, family run, very friendly! Marco was always in for a chat and advise. Took us for a tour trough their very old olive trees. A lot were hundreds of years old. Every morning an excellent breakfast Italian style with delicious coffee, sweet pastry and fresh home grown tomatoes, ruccola and mozzarella cheese. Mouthwatering when even thinking back on it.
Very quiet, large pool our kids enjoyed at large, even did a night swim under starry night. Lovely cat as well as bonus for the kids.
Close to Martano, lovely village with lots of interesting and delicious restaurants. It's great place to come at ease, read some books at the pool, go to the beach (30-45 min drive) and explore Puglia.

Amazing property, the pool is outstanding. our daughter loved the pool and the food was excellent. the rooms were really nice, well designed and lots of space. very calming. staff were all incredible, helped us everyday with beach clubs, restaurants (although the best food we ate in the area was at the hotel). The gym is ideal and next door to a perfect little kids playground.
Lu Focalire is s beautiful house located in the historic centre of Carpignano Salentino. It's stone floors, domed roof and stone terrace is charming. Though being close to the piazza, shops, bars and an. ATM, the house is nestled within the historical centre in a very quiet side street. I would recommend this house to anyone considering staying at Carpignano.
Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful, helped us with bringing the suitcases up to the room as no lift. Welcome drink of juice ,water or coffee. Breakfast very nice.owner has restaurant in neighbouring village which is excellent.Underground garage without extra cost.we highly recommend the place.
