The location is a bit of a challenge for "out of towners" but the GPS was excellent, and we had no trouble finding the place. The food, both Breakfast and Dinner were superb. To be honest the experience was fantastic for South Africans.

The property is the first floor of this home - does not include the upstairs part. There is plenty of room and very comfortable and clean. In fact, more bedding could be put at the home.
The home owner was fabulous and easy to deal with. Parking is onsite and it is approx 10 minutes drive to Mugello circuit. And the town close by has many facilities and about a ten minute walk.
It is well stocked with utensils etc. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. Lovely towels as well. i would certainly stay here again.
Quaint little traditional Tuscan hotel. Great location in the centre of Borgo San Lorenzo, a short walk from the station. (40 minutes to Florence on the fast train). Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet & the staff were very helpful. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Air conditioner conditioning worked well (& was quiet). Breakfast was in the neighbouring cafe but this was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Beautiful location, quiet. Good access to the local town of Borgo San Lorenzo. Michael and Lyn are very friendly and accommodating hosts who are keen to ensure you enjoy your stay. They are also a mine of information and advice if needed.
Tennis court with racquets supplied. Superb swimming pool. A lovely walk nearby. The apartment came equipped with all we required as well as a washing machine.
the bed is very comfortable and we loved sitting in the garden which has beautiful roses. There is a supermarket very close and the pizzeria just 50m away serves the best pizza in the world. It was a perfect place for a overnight stop.
Close access to the local township to get a meal, supplies or a drink at the local bar.
Very close to the Mugello Circuit if one loves motorsport or has to work there.
Great service by the patron of the place, Carla... 😊
Superb hotel. Very good service. The staff is at a very high level and is always smiling and responsive to the customer. This is one of the few fantastic hotels I've been to.
Lovely albergo. Breakfast is offered at the next door Pasticerria at any time. Delicious! Also many good restaurants around Borgo San Lorenzo. 40 min away from Firenze.
The hotel was located right in the center of town, close to good restaurants and markets. The owner was kind and helpful. Very premium experience for a small village
