What a charming old-world boutique hotel! We stayed in a large, beautifully restored room with a comfy bed and ancient murals on the walls. There were thoughtful touches around every corner and up and down every ancient stairway. Outside, there were beautiful views from every relaxing terrace and seating area. The amazing breakfast buffet had everything. It was presented in the original kitchen and served in the cozy indoor dining room or out on the terrace with sweeping views over the valley. Dina treated us like royalty, bringing us special coffees with her beautiful smile. We would love to keep this place for ourselves, but they are doing such a great job we need to share.

Very nice hotel in a charming little town. Everything looks traditional.
There are no cars in the town; the official car parking is quite near to the hotel, around 250 metres. There are other unofficial parkings, 20-100 metres far from the hotel.
The breakfast is good. The town is calm and relaxing. The artificial and natural lights of the room are perfect.
All the rooms have view to the narrow streets of the town.
There are plenty of power outlets. The pillows are ok but could be better.
The owners give a lot of useful information about the hotel and the surroundings.

The size of the room exceeded our expectations and had a good size balcony with fantastic views of surrounding mountains and Montecatini Alto. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a great size fridge in the room.
All staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided great local and travel advice and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast choice was really good with a great range of cereals and hot and cold buffets. The selection of local artisan bread and cheeses was a great bonus. The dining room was also spotless. We had an evening meal on our first night and we found the menu to be excellent, the food was of very high quality and the prices were very reasonable. The outdoor pool looked great but the weather was just too cold to try it. The location is only a couple of minutes walk from the funicular to Montecatini Alto and 10 mintues walk from the local park and Terme Tettuccio (a must see but check opening times - we were very lucky to enter on our last day) and 15 minutes from the town centre. All really nice walking through the park.
The Tuscany Inn is a 4-star hotel in Montecatini Terme's historical centre. It is a 35-minute drive from Florence, while Siena is approximately 30 km away. Free parking is available.

Exactly what I imagined Tuscany to be... beautiful scenery, ancient architecture, picturesque old villages and friendly people. You will need a car to get around and the hillside roads can be a bit hair raising but it all adds to the atmosphere. It’s a great place to base yourself for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence but also perfect for quiet days by the pool.

property was so much bigger than expected beautiful room with great amenities, we had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed the hot tub one evening with twinkling view of town at night in the distance. breakfast was just incredible. location perfect and two great places to eat nearby very short walk little town very quaint. owners have restored the hotel remarkably and it has a sense of quiet and serenity just perfect in every way
What can I say, one of the most memorable stays I had in my entire life. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and comfortable, has the best views in the area and the staff was absolutely wonderful. We also had diner at the hotel restaurant which was SUPER. Breakfast was in the highest standards and our overall experience was one we would like to repeat as we plan to revisit Villa Sermolli once again.
The room was very nice, we got the upgrade free of charge. The breakfasts were very good also with a variety of options to choose from. The whole place was very clean. The hosts were nice and welcoming. "la piana" was a beautiful place to stay with amazing citrus gardens around. We had a great time relaxing near the swimming pool with a landscape view of the surrounding Tuscan valleys.
Beautiful location in a small village in the hills. Nice walking/hiking trails closeby. Communication and checking in was easy, checking out even easier: we just left the keys in the door. Kitchen seemed equipped, though we didn't use it to cook. For some more options in eating out, it is possible to walk to Borgo a Buggiano.
The best hotel ever, amazing view, delicious breakfast you can order whatever you want, so relaxing environment that I have never seen before, so kind and caring the owner and his wife I felt at home. The room was very nice and super clean ❤️
Very friendly staff, even a lady that spoke Swedish to us! :). We loved the architecture, the environment, the breakfast, view, history and nature. We loved the fact that we got picked up and driven to the hotel door from the parking lot.
The hotel is in a beautiful location in the Tuscan countryside, it is not overly expensive. Although we arrived late, the hosts prepared a nice dinner of cheese and salami for us.
VERY CLEAN AND CUTE FAMILY HOTEL. THE HOST EMILIO IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
THE BREAKFAST WAS TASTEFUL AND RICH MADE FROM THE LOCAL PRODUCTS.
100% SATISFACTION
Very accommodating and friendly hostess. The apartment was very appealingly equipped. Fantastic view of Borgo a Buggiano from the terrace.
Will be back with pleasure!
A very nice hotel with a fantastic panorama terrace. The rooms are spacious and some of them have beautiful fresco’s. Very nice restaurant and friendly staff.
Amazing hotel in a picturesque location in Tuscany. Great view, delicious breakfast, rustic and sophisticated decor. Friendly owners and a pool with a view.
