The apartment is new (I think recently renovated) and well designed. We appreciated large and soft towels. Free parking till 9 AM close to the apartment. Very clean. Many tea and coffee options. Host is really nice and welcoming, polite and available via messengers.

This really cute apartment is located a short walk from the train which takes you to the center of Milan in 15 mins for €2.20 each way. We literally left the apt and within 30 mins were sitting ordering lunch in Milan Centre.
The host Arianna was exceptional, nothing was a problem and she went way beyond our expectations by ordering taxis for us. The apt is up two flights of steps which was fine for us.
I don’t think there is anything that Arianna could have done to make our stay better. Thank you so much.

Localization hotel is perfect - ca. 10 mins. walking to Milan Central Station and transfer buses to Malpensa Airport. Fantastic connection to main attractions (metro, city buses) or longer walking (my choice) to Piazza del Duomo. In near hotel area many restaurants. Room was clean with all needs facilities. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Delicious breakfast (anybody find something good - sweet/salty snacks, vege etc., great coffe) in cosy restaurant. Easy and fast check-in/check-out. Friendly and kindly personnel. Thats all made my visit in Italy unforgotable. Grazie mille! :-)

Had to find lodging for the furniture fair in Milano and everything Milano was just sooooooo expensive.
Found Bollate to be a quiet, clean, hidden gem which I recommend to anyone. You can get there very easily by train from anywhere in Milano and it's like a whole 'nother world.
Location was perfect for getting to Milan and Lake Como....just 45 mins on train which was not expensive and just 10 mins walk from apartment to train station!

Very nice hotel if you plan to visit Milano by car. 15min drive to center of Milano. The hotel itself is very clean, with very friendly staff and very rich breakfast. The people working on reception and kitchen are very kind, proffesional and friendly. We enjoy visiting Milano and Maggiore lake. Would recomment hotel highly
The hotel has a good location, close to Milan city centre, it has a 24 hour reception so it wasn’t a problem for us to check in at 22:30, the parking is free, breakfast was included in the price, our dog was allowed and without any extra charge, men working at the reception were nice and polite

Perfect parking right in front of the hotel with lots of green grass arround. Also perfect for dog owners. No extra charge for 1 pet.
We came for one night only, in the middle of the night basically. staff was nice, works 24h. Hotel didn't charge us for late check in as many other Milano hotel wanted. The bed was big and comfortable, quiet and night.
The host and his wife were absolutely awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Lovely people. Definitely prefer this type of accommodation to any hotel chain 😊
