The accommodation was absolutely lovely. The views from the apartment were worth just hanging out there alone worthwhile. The large kitchen on offer was just lovely, felt like there was more space and you could spend the evening cooking and having a drink and enjoying the space.
Giovanna thought of everything and was so thoughtful and kind. She had lots of records so you could play them and she left items of food for light breakfast and snacks with a honesty box policy and actually helped us out on our trip.

It’s brilliantly located in a serene location overlooking the lake ..donatella the owner was brilliant & made us feel like our own home …she was kind enough to book the private boat & reserve the restaurant…inspite of the early mrng checking , she was awake to greet us & make very comfortable..

The room was exactly as I was hoping it would be. It was comfortable, clean, cosy & right on the lake. The building has loads of character, far preferable to a characterless, standard hotel, it was so Italian! The parking was easy, the original features gorgeous & loads of little extras, such as good coffee, selection of teas, a cold welcome beer on the house, lots of information, a beautiful breakfast for €5 each, a clean bathroom & a comfy bed. We had the most amazing time!

The Mandarin Oriental is a beautiful property nestled right on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the veranda of L'Aria. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back our next time in Como.

Great location, scenery fantastic with a view of Lake Como. We very much recommend here. We actually were going to rent in Bellagio, but decided to try here because of the apartments location and accessibility to other towns and ferries around the lake to explore. So glad we did! Too many people in Bellagio and too touristy.
We rented 2 apartments, one for ea. couple. Kitchens well stocked for breakfast, drinks and snacks for our arrival and stay. Clean and cute apartments. It is on a busy road, but quiet with the windows closed. We all enjoyed sitting on the decks in the morning with our coffees. Exercise equipment available. Luca our Host was exceptional and very friendly and helpful; willing to answer all of our questions when we whatsapp'd from afar.
The only draw back, we had a larger car as there were 4 of us and parking was extremely tight getting into and out of the gated parking area. The 1st night another car was in the parking area and maneuvering out was a challenge. We eventually parked on the street instead because we kept hitting the shrubs and I was concerned about the car getting scratched. A smaller car would have been fine.
All 4 of us recommend these apartments in Blevio.

Blevio was great for us because we were looking to stay away from busy and touristy areas but close enough to easy transportation to various areas around the lake and that we certainly had. The views were great. Blevio has one local market (alimentario) where we met some of the best people Dino and Dinora who would help us with general questions about the area but also food ... they gave us some great cheese and smoked meats for lunch/snacks and helped us with our pasta choices for dinner. The sunsets in Blevio are the best. It is a quiet little town but very charming and relaxing. Loved Blevio!

Could do with some late night activity. If you don't have a ride it's tough to get around and one must walk/trek a lot to get around. properties could offer bicycles complementary with the stay!

The town has a couple restaurants. It’s hard to walk into town because of the narrow roads and crazy cars speeding around w no sidewalks!!! The boat rental company was amazing como lake artists. Well worth the money to rent your own boat for a couple hours . Ferry doesn’t really stop in Blevio so como is your best bet.

Only 15min from Como by bus. Staff was really helpful. beautiful views and there’s a dock to take a boat for 2 euros across the lake at the bottom of the hill. We arrived late and there was 1 restaurant open at the bottom of the hill. it was expensive but the chef was amazing and friendly and gave us a free dish as well. Hotel was good compared to the prices in Como and you can get around by boat or bus.
Guys from everywhere, if you’re traveling to Como, this villa is the best, from my point of view.
The Property is new, clean and super modern with an amazing view. Following 5 stars hotel standards. Beautiful garden with all the required furniture.
Moreover, the hostess, Mis. Donatella, was very welcoming, smiling, helpful, gave us advices and made us feel like we are at our home.
Donatella and Francesca are excellent hosts. They did everything to make our stay unforgettable. From recommendations for restaurants we wouldn't have discovered and reservations in activities, to help us when we had a puncture. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The villa has a fantastic terrace overlooking the lake which makes you feel like you are in a special place. It is!
The view is amazing, the location is close to Como city and a bus station. I liked the design and convenience of the apartment. I recommend to buy some food in local grocery before check-in (we bought in Como city) because store in Blevio is in 15 minutes down the hill.
The best Booking apartment I've ever stayed in. The photos don't do it justice. Spacious, clean, modern, with a view that makes your knees weak. We savoured every second of our stay in this beautiful place and wish we booked for a longer stay! Definitely coming back!
Beautiful view and very good location for exploring the Lake Como area. Blevio is also greatvas itbis close to Comonitswlf but you are out ofnthe hustle and bustle. Great restaurants close and a ferry port. And there is a garage for the rental which few places have.
Lovely little studio in Blevio, super spacious. The view was amazing for sunset! Had a small kitchenette and a washing machine which was amazing! If your happy to hike up the hill this is a lovely stay just out of Como, buses from Blevio to Como every 30mins!
the staff was sooo friendly and we Loved the view from the balcony. Also the terrace was amazing. We had our own dinner there and loved the lights and the atmosphere. the breakfast was really good as well. All in all we can totally recommend this hotel :):)
Apartment with lot of space and enough beds for everyone. We also have a view to lake which is extra points. Host leave to us as well small gift from which we could cook italian dinner as we arrive late. Super nice touch.
The Location was good, The size of the property was quite big with 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining, Living with a nice Balcony having a direct view of Lake Como. There is a garage in the property but we did not use Car.
