Really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center, and just 1 min from a small beach. The room was very tidy and clean, and it had a private terrace that overlooked a waterfall and Lake como at the same time ! However, what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the hosts, especially Giovanni :)

We liked that the host provided a video on how to get into the apartment, that was helpful. The apartment fit all 5 of us and was very clean. The washer was a plus (although we didn’t have time to use it), and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal-not always the case for some places we’ve stayed. We really liked the location in Bellano; quiter than Varenna and close to good places to eat. We actually wish we had spent more time there as the accessibility to the trains and the ferries was excellent and Bellano was super cute. We would definitely return to Fall in Love with Lake Como!

Stayed here with my mum. The apartment was really spacious and clean. We arrived an hour earlier and the host was happy the let us in and had given us a complimentary bottle of wine and water.
The location is a short walk to the centre and 2 min from the waterfalls. It’s worth mentioning that the apartment had everything we needed- fridge, utensils, coffee, washing machine. The view from the balcony was stunning.
Fabulous property and host! Giovanni went above and beyond to welcome us and answer any questions or concerns, both before our arrival and during our stay. The views of the lake are just stunning and we loved sitting out on our own private terrace with a glass of wine enjoying our surroundings. The location is quiet and secluded, but walkable to town, the ferry, and the train station. We were able rent a boat right in the town and enjoyed exploring the lake on our own. We also took the ferry to other towns on the lake and enjoyed the busier, more well known towns as well.

Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in...
Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in Bellano for ones loving nature. The SS36 motorway nearby makes your travel with car very easy alongside the whole Eastern part of the lake, meanwhile the rest of the roads along the lake can be full of traffic jams. This to be considered if you chose your location to sleep during the night but travel to explore different venues during the day.

We would highly recommend staying in Bellano.
We would highly recommend staying in Bellano. It was convenient to other villages on the lake and we could be away from the crowds. It was a charming town with great restaurants. The ferry service was most convenient to Bellano.
We were able to travel around the lake easily and looked forward to coming back to our bit of paradise in Bellano!

Our group really liked Bellano.
Our group really liked Bellano. We were looking for a smaller town that was not over-commercialized or overrun with tourists, but not so small that there was nothing to do and the dining options were limited. In Bellano we found nice restaurants & we were particularly fond of the places adjacent to the water where we could dine and watch the lake traffic. The ferry schedule was a bit confusing but we figured it out spent some time on the water as well. In all, Bellano was what we were looking for and we were very happy with our choice. We would come back here again.

Amazing views afforded from a very comfortable townhouse style apartment. We loved the location and the relaxing nature of Bellano which has great restaurants and loads of activities without being overcrowded. We would recommend this place and hope to one day return!
It is located about 15 minutes from Bellano center, where you can get into ship and travel to another cities.
The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It is perfect for short stay in Bellano. There is a free parking on the street.
The host is great, she quickly answers any questions.
Close to the apartment there’s great restaurant - Taverna Melanotte. You have to go there if you want authentic Italian experience.
we loved the location in the heart of Bellano, and we thought the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Our host, Matteo, gave excellent self-check-in instructions and sent pictures of our route to the house which were invaluable. The apartment was VERY roomy and comfortable, especially the bed. I also LOVED THE BUG ZAPPER! Playing tennis with the odd mosquito was never so much fun!
This was the perfect place to relax after two hectic weeks in Italy. Location and view on the waterfront is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and very modern. Our host Maria was very helpful in solving some transport problems we had. Bellano itself is relaxed with some good restaurants and bars and a short ferry ride to Varenna and Bellagio. Looking forward to coming back.

The view is amazing. The location is very convenient by car to Bellano and Varenna. The facilities were comfortable and roomy enough for 4. Though we did not use the pool, it was certainly beautiful. We would stay here again without hesitation and have already recommended it to friends who travel. On a side note, their olive oil is fantastic!!
Wonderful views, even better than you can see on the pictures. A very comfortable appartment, very clean, spotless kitchen, very well equipped for cooking. We felt very well received and would definitely want to come back! Also the fact that the owner gave us a parking spot in the garage was perfect - and not often to find at the Lago di Como!

The location was perfect, you can have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We took the train from Milan to Bellano, and Enzo was kind enough to pick us up at the station and took us to the villa, that was a really kind gesture of him.

Perfect location to make your stay or even to take tours from to different directions every day (i.e. Milano, Bergamo, Lecco via mortorway, or Belaggio, Como via boat). Amazing apartments in Bellano. Nice place to reach all the spots on the lake and it takes an hour to get to Milan centre. Ferry station and promenade are just 20 meters from the apartment, there is also nice pizzeria and gelateria downstairs. Apartments are very clean and have everything you need!

We loved the villa/hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious every morning. The views are truly amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Apartment is well located with grocery store and small bakery within 50 meters of the building. Bellano is a beautiful and interesting city on Lake Como. Has all of the amenities required for a great holiday.
