Accessing accommodation was smooth and able to leave luggage when arrived before check in. Bellano was a great base to explore the lake and the accommodation was about 10 minute walk from ferry port or 5 minutes from train station. Close to a supermarket. Room was clean and a good size with everything needed but quite simple. Balcony was a lovely addition to the room.

Everything! Great location. Ivana is amazing - she recommended local restaurants and added a little extra special treat for my birthday. The studio has literally everything you need, probably the best equipped apartment we’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here because we read reviews of the crowds not being as heavy as other towns, and it's true! Bellano has a more "local" feel and much less crowded, but still busy on the weekend. It's an amazing little town with access to other lake towns. Wish we had more time there.

Fabulous property and host!
Fabulous property and host! Giovanni went above and beyond to welcome us and answer any questions or concerns, both before our arrival and during our stay. The views of the lake are just stunning and we loved sitting out on our own private terrace with a glass of wine enjoying our surroundings. The location is quiet and secluded, but walkable to town, the ferry, and the train station. We were able rent a boat right in the town and enjoyed exploring the lake on our own. We also took the ferry to other towns on the lake and enjoyed the busier, more well known towns as well.

Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in...
Beautiful Orrido and Cascata are two "must visits" in Bellano for ones loving nature. The SS36 motorway nearby makes your travel with car very easy alongside the whole Eastern part of the lake, meanwhile the rest of the roads along the lake can be full of traffic jams. This to be considered if you chose your location to sleep during the night but travel to explore different venues during the day.

We would highly recommend staying in Bellano.
We would highly recommend staying in Bellano. It was convenient to other villages on the lake and we could be away from the crowds. It was a charming town with great restaurants. The ferry service was most convenient to Bellano.
We were able to travel around the lake easily and looked forward to coming back to our bit of paradise in Bellano!

Our group really liked Bellano.
Our group really liked Bellano. We were looking for a smaller town that was not over-commercialized or overrun with tourists, but not so small that there was nothing to do and the dining options were limited. In Bellano we found nice restaurants & we were particularly fond of the places adjacent to the water where we could dine and watch the lake traffic. The ferry schedule was a bit confusing but we figured it out spent some time on the water as well. In all, Bellano was what we were looking for and we were very happy with our choice. We would come back here again.

Bellano was magnificent, there were plenty of restaurants, you can get a ferry to other parts of Lake Como, there is a magnificent winery in the hills a 20 minute drive away that is a must to go to;

Perfect stay! The emplacement directly at the lake. Lovely garden, nice private beach. Small hotel with beautiful details and historic rooms with good decorations. Warm welcome - also with icecold prosecco in the room. Good breakfast - which can also be enjoyed on the terrace. Secured parking available for a charge. The villa is the perfect starting point for excursions on and round Lake Como area as it is in walking distance to Bellano port. Special thanks to Angelo, he is a great host and made everything for us to have a memorable stay.
The staff is excellent. Therefore the hotel deserves not 3 but 5 ✨ stars because they have made an effort to satisfy all our last minute requests and just did everything right! From the reception to the waiter and chef, we thank you and are looking forward to seeing you again! The hotel has the best location and great facilities such as a beach and jacuzzi which is cleaned regularly. Nice parking on site and the best view of lake como. Oh, and the food is simply amazing!
Exceptional place to spend some days discovering all Lago Como has to offer. The apartment is spacious, super clean, great location, and so so comfortable. We were there with our two kids, a 2-year-old and a 4months baby and we couldn't ask for more. Really great either for families , friends or a romantic trip. I highly recommend it. Francesca was a wonderful host, always kind and helpful. We will be definitely coming back
What a lovely home and an even lovelier host! Riccardo was amazing, he made sure we have the best time in Bellano & even gave us a ride to the accommodation when we arrived, which was very helpful as it's quite a climb up the hill. But the views from the house are simply amazing, as well as the decoration, the vibe of the place, it's super cosy and rustic. Amenities were great as well as the equipment.
Excellent location,beside promenade and swimming area- perfect for a stroll through the town and beside numerous restaurants. Apartment lovely and comfortable, spotless.

Super friendly and helpful hosts, they even picked us up and later drove us to the train! (It is hard to get a taxi in Bellano) They were excellent on communication.
Wonderful views, even better than you can see on the pictures. A very comfortable appartment, very clean, spotless kitchen, very well equipped for cooking. We felt very well received and would definitely want to come back! Also the fact that the owner gave us a parking spot in the garage was perfect - and not often to find at the Lago di Como!

The host Giovanni was so helpful in guiding the check in and also providing recommendations for the area. His attentiveness and care made this experience stand out from so many other bookings I have made in the past.
Cozy apartment with beautiful overview to the lake and to the mountains up north even from the room! Perfect location to make your stay or even to take tours from to different directions every day (i.e. Milano, Bergamo, Lecco via mortorway, or Belaggio, Como via boat). Everything was flawless. Starting from the location - Bellano is exceptional - to the property. We've never saw THAT well-equipped kitchen. Private patio and balcony with lake Como view - can't wish more.

The property had everything we needed and a fantastic view over Lake Como. Vanessa was so helpful and provided videos showing how to get to Bellano by foot (10 mins) and the timetables for the ferry around Lake Como. The pool was also great for cooling down in.
Apartment is well located with grocery store and small bakery within 50 meters of the building. Bellano is a beautiful and interesting city on Lake Como. Has all of the amenities required for a great holiday.
