I loved the location as we were up in the mountains so the drive up was amazing seeing all the scenery. The breakfast was lovely and had a great variety of pastries as well as the staff being so friendly and welcoming.

Our B&B was overbooked but our host found us an alternative apartment just down the road.it was a bit of a hike to the bar but the host offered to pick us back and did his very best to accommodate us.
So we were very happy at the end !

We loved Baunei. Especially the village itself up in the mountains. Close knit community. Friendly locals and gorgeous mountain views.
We had expected to be in closer proximity to the Coastline. But Baunei is a hill top village.

This small village is just recently explored by tourists, there are good restaurants and bars, beautiful panorama. Houses partly rebuilt and partly in bad, abandoned conditions. It is a perfect place for visiting Supramonte and its beaches.

Baunei in itself is not very interesting, even though the view is splendid. And from here you can reach some of the most breathtaking places in the eastern Sardegna - Gola di Su Goroppu, Cala Goloritzè e Pedra Longa - and the beautiful beach of Santa Maria di Navarrese - and others.

Stunning in every possible way! Everyone local we’re so friendly, we quickly
Felt like a part of the furniture. Cafe centro was brilliant and we ate their often, and the gelato shop was incredible too. If you want somewhere with rustic authentic charm then this is the place for you!
We did a boat tour to some of the beaches which was amazing and we hired a car so we could explore! I think one thing I’d say is that you definitely need a car when staying there as it’s so high up in the mountains.

Baunei and it coast line is an amazing mixture of mountains and Incredible coast line. Either trek to Cala goloritze and further to take in the spectacular nature or book a guided boat cruise to marvel at the beaches and scenery

Magical place. I felt I was on another planet. It is paradise for people looking to experience local life as well as hikers. The scenery you can explore around Baunei is beyond your imagination. Just go asap :-)
I had an amzing stay in this nice and clean apartment. Baunei is a beautiful small cosy city surrounded by wonderful nature. It was located in quiet area with a spectacular view from the roof terrace. The host was very kind and friendly, sharing information and tips on visiting and exploring Baunei. Also, very responsive to all the questions and requests I had. I really liked that the kitchen was well equiped, I even found salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta, coffee and tea in the cupboards - felt like at home - thank you. Highly recommended!
the hotel looks amazing, not only from the outside but also the rooms are beautiful.
the room size and the adjecent balcony was suffiecent.
the bed was very spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was very clean and everything we could ask for.
the breakfast was very rich with a lot of options to choose from. everyday was fresh and nicley served. they even included homemade pies that changed everyday.
it has a big terrace and its a nice ten minutes walk to center of baunei.

The hotel is very beautiful, rustic style, clean.
The kitchen area offers fridge, coffee machines, toaster, microwave-oven, and nice reading room next to it. Very friendly stuff, helpful and flexible. We extended our stay by 2 more nights on the spot to 5 nights altogether.
The whole area is beautiful, mountain views, local farms and quick accessibility to beautiful beaches in Cala Goloritzé, Mariolu, Sisine, Feline, etc... You can spend their whole week and have new things and beaches to explore daily.
We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the B&B. Paola was charming and friendly, the consummate hostess. We had a late check-in and her father kindly waited for us. Breakfast was excellent, different every morning and beautifully presented. There were savory and sweet options. Paola’s mom is an amazing cook. Everything was always so delicious. Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend you stay there when in Baunei.
We stayed in the White room. The view from the room was spectacular! It was the best view from any hotel room that we have ever stayed in. We made dinner three times during our stay and sat outside on the balcony while eating. The balcony is larger than shown in the pictures, so it was possible to have two chairs and a table there. We were concerned about the parking possibilities, but we found a parking spot nearby every time.
Centrally located in Baunei on the main road. We had the ground floor apartment with a little balcony to dry clothes in the back (no longer ground floor there, it's a mountain town after all). We could use the spacious shared rooftop terrace (with dining and lounge area), which provided great views, especially at sunset. Host provided useful tips on restaurants and beaches.
The place is very authentic and is located in a super quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, in a true typical Italian township that developed all alongside a hill.
The whole experience is made for you to feel at home. The breakfast was great, and it felt as if I was visiting someone from my family. La signorina is super sweet and welcoming! highly recommended!
The apartment is quite well equipped with appliances, including a new airco that ensures comfort. Alessio is a great host, friendly and ready to give you useful tips on how to get the best out of your time there. The location is also set at a charming village, next to some of the most scenic beaches of Sardinia. Great value for money!
Very clean facility. The host was exceptionally friendly and available for enquiries almost all the time. Check-in was simple even though we arrived very late. Easy access to the township of Baunei. Our stay was lovely and satisfying. Highly recommend:)
Baunei itself is so sweet. Love this little village. The B&B is the perfect place to calm down. Breakfast is served with fresh and locally products. The selfbaked sweets are yummy.

Il Giardino was furnished in a typical Italian style. The small garden was handy for outdoor eating. Elisa the host was very responsive. Baunei is a charming hillside town close to Cala Goloritze.
