The accommodation is perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff could have been a little more friendly. It is true that I failed to specify the time of breakfast and I showed up at 7:00, but regardless, it would have been nice if they had at least tried to smile.

I was really surprised, location is very quite, they has a very nice garden where you can stay to enjoy a glass of wine (they has a nice selection of wines at very competitive prices), and yes I was very surprised about of this hotel, I trully recommend!!!
The hotel is a very good option to stay close to the Bergamo Airport. Our room was very comfortable with all amenities as described while booking. The hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel has shuttle service to Airport starting at 4:30 am. It was a perfect way for us to get to the airport to catch early morning flight. The best thing is that the charge for shuttle was only 5 Euros. The cherry on the top is the breakfast coupons which can be used at the airport.
A smart hotel, really doing well about what traveller need before a flight. Breakfast starts early, there are even vauchers instead for these who have flights before it starts. The bar and something to eat is available 24/7. The staff is effective and tries to help with everything you need. A lot of parking space. Shuttles to airport are provided for free for whoever needs it.

Close to the airport but I don't know of one would believe it was a 4-star hotel besides the rather high price. Our room was on the bottom floor with a back-door that led to a spot for your car. At the touch of a button a curtain came down hiding your car from priying eyes. Cool or suspicious I don't know. 😄
The breakfast was great, very varied and so many dishes. The bathrum belonging to the room was the best hotel bathroom I ever have had. Someone has made a good job designing it. The small chair on the wall in the shower, a shelf beside the wash basin for your own stuff, good light, good hairdryer etc.
I only looked for a decnt stay because I had an early flight out the next morning. This is a great place to stay for this purpose and the hotel totally exceeded my expectations. The best shower I ever took in a hotel. Also the hotel restaurant is superb!
nice breakfast, taxi to the hotel costs 25 eyros, even if its close, but there is a hotel shuttle bus that costs 5 euros, to give you a lift to the airport. comfortable beds, super clean, many amenities and happy people working there.
Hotel was great. Staff were very helpful. Parking is available and very convenient - in front of the room, if you are on 1st floor. No need to carry bags from car.

Airport hotel, good for one night stay. The facilities are clean and tidy however because it is a big hotel there is no personal touch to it. However, the staff is wonderful and kind.
Lovely hotel. Breakfast had a good selection also and there were water in the fridge in the room. Kettle, towels and sone toiletries. Staff were awesome too.
