This apartment was clean and everything worked well. The staff was friendly. The apartment is very suitable for families with children. The location of the airport is excellent, a quick walk.

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!

We didn’t like this place at all. I am not recommending this place to stay.
First of all we paid 2€ each for staying tax, which I never heard before.
Room wasn’t nice at all.
No atmosphere in the room. Cigarettes in balcony. Bathroom smells of dump. Water in shower is not working properly, it seams that if some else is using water in the building, water just stops and you can’t take a shower you need to wait.
I would not stay in again.

For those that are travelling for business and have early flight , the hotel is very convenient as location ( 6 min by car to the AirPort ) , is very clean , very flexible for check-in/ check-out , very convenient as price/quality ratio.

On Monday all places to eat where closed, Expensive taxi costs for transport to/from airport. When taxi cost added to price of hotel it would have been cheaper and much easier to stay at a hotel at the airport.

We liked the place, always better to stay in the apartment with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine, than in a bare-bones hotel room.
We've been to Italy before, and such accommodation for the price we paid is rare in this country.
The host gave us the best video instructions possible so we could easily get inside.
Located very close to an airport (10 mins max by car).
Turned out to be even a bit larger than expected.

Our plane was delayed and we arrived around 1am at night to the hotel, it was later than we promised to host. Host Nico was waiting for us, reached us by phone number, treated well, was very friendly and helped a lot. thank you! breakfast was good. room was clean and cosy. around 25 minutes by foot from the airport. great place to sleep after a flight. thank you one more time for meeting us late night, Nico!
Very cute one level house, doesn’t look like a hotel. Clean, beautifully designed, with large bathrooms and very comfortable beds! In every room there are a small refrigerator and a coffee machine with beautiful coffee cups. There is a airport shuttle for 10 Euro per person.

Simply they did not show up at check in, they did not answer to mail and to phone calls. They only sent a message few min before check in closure saying that check in was closing and they could only be contacted via Wats-up. At that time I already diverted to another hotel.
The hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, cleaning was done every day, the host (Bea)was very welcoming. if you need a transfer from the airport at any time, Angelo is available, very kind.The hotel si very close to a bus station ( cca.200 m)

Very flexible and service-minded owner. Arranged taxi to the airport for us and drove us with his car to a more and central hotel that he also owned. Because it would be easier for the taxi driver to meet us there early morning next day.
Location was great. Bed was like a cosy nest and pillows just right for my taste. I would even say that in this trip, out of 4 different hotels, this one had the very best bed and overall experience was just great!
