We were in Albiate to hear my daughter's choral group sing in the town church, which was a five-minute walk from the apartment. It was perfect, and a lovely, quiet break between the rush of Venice and Florence and the crush of Rome to come. There's also a terrific osteria right downstairs (ask the hostess about her half-wolf dog). Plus, the host was extraordinary. The flat has no AC, and my wife gets very warm when she sleeps. I asked the host if an electric fan was available, and they bought a new one and left it for us, no extra charge! That was incredibly kind and thoughtful.

Wonderful location in the heart of Monza, very close to the train to go to Milano. Super friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet which was sadly not included, but worth to pay for. They have a bar to have a drink during the evening and the room we had was quiet and clean and the bathroom was roomy. Mind you, that we stayed in the back part of the hotel - the rooms towards the main street are noisy. Therefore, we asked ti change the room they had first given us. We got a bigger room towards the back yard which worked great for us. We had 3 very quiet nights and enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Parking for the car was provided for Euro 10 a night which was worth it as there is no parking around.

The location, the specificity of the hotel (F1), the facilities and decor : swimming pool, garden, even the hens. This is a quiet place, and the staff was very welcoming. The hexagonal shape of the hotel also, provides privacy, originality and comfort. Center town is really charming, and there's a very good and charming restaurant nearby. Air conditioning in the rooms was very appreciated !
