An amazing old house with a historical quality. The rooms are spacious and clean and I loved the layout of the family suite. It is located on a nice hill and a 15 minute drive from the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The host was immensely attentive.

The people were very nice! They were waiting for us till 11 pm as we were late. Very nice! Fantastic view, great parking lot and very close to the city centre.
Great location and even better property. Everything was thought through to the last detail. Breakfast were cooked by the chef using vegetables from the garden and local products. Would definitely recommend.
Beautifull large room with extremely comfortable bed, lots of electricity outlets and special USB outlets for loading phones etc.. Place seems to have been renovated recently with beautifull rooms and bathrooms (were everything looks new and which has the best blowdryer for your hair that you can possibly wish for) as a result and to which renovaton has been given a lot of attention to detail. Suggestion for next step of the renovation: inside of the lift.
Further: this is one of the most pet friendly hotels ever.
The Hotel is part of the B&B chain (in not a Bed and Breakfast ...) . The room was huge, the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent, at few hundred meters from the exit of the highway, very convenient if you have to go to Verona )in my case the Vinitaly). Well cleaned.
The staff was very friendly and they help me to find a transportation to Verona fiere. Excellent ! A very good restaurant is nearby the hotel (50m) with excellent meat.
The B&B ist situated in a village nearby Affi (incaffi) close to Bardolino/Lake Garda. The hosts (Vittoria and Francesco) were extremely helpful, supporting us to find a restaurant as we came during summer and didn't book a table nearby. Very open and approachable! They have dogs, cats and chicken at their place (all very friendly). Great stop-over!
Francesco was very friendly and forthcoming! He gave us good tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. He arranged a table at a very good restaurant close by. The location ist great for hiking, and you are close by Bardolino and Affi. Thank you Francesco for making our stay a very good experience. We will definitely come back!
We love this hidden secret in a historic building renovated to a top hotel with perfect service and the most friendly people running it. Great to sit under the wine loggia with a glass of wine. Even got the taste of a personal concert. Breakfast is also very good. We had been here two years before and enjoyed our stays a lot.
The room was spacious and nice. Bed very comfortable. The receptionist (Claudio) was super helpful and very nice! Parking was very convenient and location of the hotel was excellent to travel to the south region of lago (15 / 20 mins). The only issue is the breakfast, everything else was super.

Rooms were big and clean, the Hotel was very nice - the option to check-in after 23:00 from an outside terminal is really cool for late travelers like myself.
There are plenty of parking spots - so no worry for not finding one even if arriving late.
