Villa Etelka is a 17-th century building with garden and small swimming pool. It is set on the hills of Valverde, 5 km from Aci Castello and 10 km from Catania.
Set right on the sea promenade, La Terrazza is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Aci Castello town centre. It boasts air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor pool and an Italian sweet breakfast.

Gorgeous little B&B overlooking the sea! The view from the breakfast room/balcony was just breathtaking.
The room was clean and comfortable. And the family that run this B&B are so lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was really nice too. The coffee was good and there was a mix of pastries, fresh fruit and savoury sandwiches. I really appreciated they prepared a special fruit bowl for me because of my allergy.
The location is handy if you're interested in visiting both Aci Castello and Aci Trezza as it's between both places and a short walk to both.
If you want to visit Catania, there is a bus stop literally a one minute walk from the B&B. The bus to the city was a very quick journey as well.
We were here off season, but I'd say in the summertime this place would be even more amazing to stay at with pool and bar open

A tranquil retreat by the sea. The serene environment makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities are excellent, with a well-stocked minibar. Also there are complimentary coffee, and bottled water generously provided by the hosts. Additionally, guests receive a ten percent discount at the nearby Esagono Beach Club, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.
The owner is exceptionally courteous and always available to assist, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Casa Scogliera for its superb location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality.

Locals were rude and often very Arrogant and attempted to overcharge far too many times. They hope you won’t challenge them about it. My advice is , Ask how much before paying and Check your receipts and bills .
The town is scruffy and dirty. The vast amounts of discarded Rubbish on the streets is difficult to ignore. Definitely would not return.
Positive note : The sea view and the sunset is beautiful.

Appartement for a reasonable price. Location is just perfect, beaches all around, trip possibilities, nice neighborhood, possibility of getting or eating around Aci Castello, appartemenet is reasonable equipped.

Actually Frasteva is located in the town of Valverde not in Aci Castello, which is a short drive awa. It is more inland than Aci Castello and it is convenient to all of the towns that make up "Paesi Etnei", that is, the little towns on the southeastern slope of Mount Etna, which are suburbs of Catania. It is a great jumping off point for Taormina, Catania and Siracusa and is a twenty-five minute ride to the airport, depending on traffic.
What makes this newly renovated and picturesque venue a perfect stay are the wonderful accomodations and the personal and cheery attention to detail given to all that stay there by its host, Stefania. She is simply an absolute pleasure to interact with. I am going there the next time I return to the Catania area and I assure anyone who stays there that they will not be disappointed.

Aci Trezza is beautiful...the place we stayed in is NOT! It had literally a derelict entrance, with wires dangling from the ceiling, parts of which appeared to be about to give in; filthy place (I was expecting to see rats it was that bad!)....It is NOT close to the beach (although the place had a seaview); I would certainly NOT recommend to anybody! Will most certainly not book again! If I were to rate it honestly I would give a 2/10 and the 2 is only for the seaview!

Very quiet place .. Small but very connected to the sea. So fish is staple. It is a bit laid back . Think basic and you will love it.
It is such a shame that the towns coming down to Aci Castello (note that this town is close to sea level) have a lot of garbage scattered around and gives you a very different vibe of this beautiful basic fishing village ..
Gina is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. She made us feel so welcome. Each morning she prepared for us a fantastic breakfast with fresh pastries and lots of other things. The room and bathroom were a good size and had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. The great location in the centre of Aci Castello and the lovely homey feeling make of La Castellese a must stop when visiting the nearby towns.
It's a super quiet and spacey place offering complete privacy. The host - Iolanda - was very friendly and gave us lots of tips. The Apartment is located approx. 3 min from the sea, 1 min. to bus stop, 1 min to shop. 20 min walk to Aci Castello castle. You can rent a pedal boat and explore the Rock of Cyclopes or go along the seaside.
The location is mesmerizing and very prime location. The beautiful blue sea is just in the front of the hotel with amazing resturant. Night life is also awesome with good music along side the pool. We enjoyed a lot and you get a free parking space inside of the hotel premises.
I loved the view from apartment and location. Terrace with table. It was just perfect. Close enough to Catania and AciTrezza and Taormina. Restaurant located downstairs served very good food (with 15% discount for guests).
Very warm welcome by host Salvo. Comfy rooms, great breakfast. Very close to the sea and a bus stop to Catania at a very short distance (less than 5 mins walk). Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
