The rooms are very well equipped with superb beds, iron + board, powerful shower, fridge, TV and kettle. Slippers amenities sewing kits etc all available
Safe was in the wardrobe and easy to use.
Full board package includes breakfast 7:00-9:30, lunch 1:00-3:00 and dinner 19:00 - 21:30
Menu changes daily and includes both local dishes and international dishes, snacks and range of drinks are excellent and staff diligent.
The gym to the hotel is well equipped open for women during the day until 19:00 and then for men until midnight. There is a large indoor swimming pool with x2 jacuzzis, sauna, cold water rain shower.
The Haram of Imam Hussien is a short walk away but the hotel also provides a speedy on demand buggy service to transport travellers to and from the holy shrines when needed.
I would recommend the management alternate the gym opening times so that men have the option of using the gym during the day at least a few days per week.
Excellent customer service skills and a fantastic front of house team who are always willing to help. Bear in mind the Hotel take cash payment and there is a limit on how much you can withdraw from Iraqi ATMs. Despite this the staff were very helpful with solving any issues.

The hotel was spotless and modern. The receptionists did their job in the best way. Sarah was very helpful, and she could speak Farsi and English very well. Meanwhile, Hassan was supportive, and he helped us rent a car to go to Baghdad and visit sights on the road.
The every half-hour shuttle service to Haram was another excellent hotel facility.
Breakfast was good with a good combination of cold and warm foods, including Foul Mudammas. The bedsheets were shiny. The Shower was excellent, and they provided a complete variety of toiletries.
I stayed in this hôtel for 5 nights room no 1016 from 16 mars to 21 mars 2022 ,Service quick and excellent. The staff at the réception speaks english and always ready to help you..Aéroport pick/drop by HUMAMAN : service excellent with extra money.Breakfast excellent which is included in the stay.10 min walking to go to imame abbas a,s roza and also shutter bus is free if you dont want to walk. The room service quick and excellent.

The location was good but there was not like hotel the whole building was not like passage and market . Lots of noise people singing in midnight in groups and kids running in the corridor playing with lifts doing football infront of our door our complaints did not make any difference. The staff smoking all the times in corridor and reception and they were very unfriendly.
My evaluation keeps in mind the place, the country and the the average structures. The structure is good to stay some nights, an accommodation somewhere between western and Iraqi standards. Workers are very nice and helpful, both in the hotel and at the reception. Lot of water always available and free.

Everything is good and the hotel is near Imam Abbas’s Shrine, like 9 minutes walking
The hotel only accepted cash and this caused us to lose about 200 Australian dollars due to the conversion of Australian dollars into Iraqi dinars through the ATM, due to the difference between the local and government dollar rates in Iraq.
Everything was excellent staff was very nice and well manner as a solo female traveller I was very safe and comfortable break fast is full of different varieties haram was very near to hotel if next time I come again book gulf tower,

So I could not stay in hotel due to extra delays by the airport staff to issue visa, I had very short time but hotel staff was extremely cooperative and helping.
