We stayed as a group for 3 nights and had a perfect stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good and has a wide range of continental and Arab food. There are two bars and they serve alcoholic drinks.
The Spa is perfectly for a rest.

Erbil is becoming a modern city, everything looks amazing and organized, I loved the restaurants in Erbil also the shopping centres, the malls, the parks, altogether it’s a beautiful city, the only thing I didn’t like is when you get cut off by some of the crazy drivers and I really hope that the authorities will pay more attention to this matter and fix it as soon as possible :)

Getting around is easy.
Getting around is easy. Nice parks and resorts and tourist areas. I liked the tourist areas around Erbil, short day trips then you can go back to your hotel in the city.
I see that the government is working to improve tourism, however, there is still more work need to be done, investment in the parks and resorts is very important which will bring more tourist locally and internationally.

Our stay at the hotel was beyond exceptional! This was mainly due to the front office receptionist (Ramen) who was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Our entire duration was seamless and wonderful! It’s obvious the staff truly care about their guests and we will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel. Thank you so much again Ramen, you have made us loyal guests

I would stay in Ainkawa rather than Erbil, it is a waking area. Erbil is a car city, like Dubai or Jakarta. It is not a walking city like Kuala Lumpur or Paris.
If one has a car than Erbil area is nice, especially if one can go up into the mountains in the summer.

Erbil itself is an interesting historical city but you probably only need two days to visit most of the highlights. It's easy to get around as there is always a glut if taxis. It helps if you have gps and you know the local name of where you're going. Staying in Ankawa probably makes the most sense for any tourist as many of the best restaurants ( Fuul & hummus), bars (Dusk) and spas are there.
Erbil is also a perfect base for travelling the governorate including Haji Ormran, gslgurd mountain and Felaw pound, Bekhal, Gali Ali Bag, korek mountain and Shingalbana
Was impressed of the stuff, what a kind and hospitable guys. I had problem with my visa card, i needed Cash money, Masoud (Front Desk Supervisor) helped me to solve this problem, gave me money for using. So good to trust yourself to Nova Sky in Erbil. Near to hotel a lot of restaurants, shops. Nice breakfast, 10th floor restaurant, clean room also need to be mentioned.
A very good and quiet hotel, the location of the hotel is distinctive, close to Sami Abdul Rahman Park (the largest park in Erbil), near the hotel there are many good options of restaurants and cafes. The hotel service is good and the staff is nice and helpful. It has a small swimming pool, a small gym and a restaurant. I recommend it for families.
I highly recommend this hotel. Perfectly located just a short walk away from the Citadel in Erbil. The staff is really friendly and always assists you with a big smile on their faces. The rooms are extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is simply a great feast. You are spoilt for choice. So many delicious food to choose from.
Perfect staff, especially Rudy and Wasim. The GM Abdul-Wahab was always available even at night times, making sure everything was ok. The breakfast was continental, and nearly everything was available, from honey and three types of homemade jams to two kinds of Iraqi bread, and of course, Iraqi tea. The room was clean and good quality AC.
The breakfast was just ok. I thought a 5 star hotel would have better fresh options and some customer service. Its a buffet style with no waiter service at all. we walked in and no one greeted us or sat us down. It was a little confusing and we just walked over to a table and sat our selves and helped ourselves to the buffet.
 The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were professional in there work. The receptionist and captain Ezzat is a very understanding and thoughtful. everything in the hotel was great from the food to the clean space to the staff.
To anyone traveling to Erbil for a nice a quiet hotel I highly recommend Sipan luxury hotel.
The staff were amazing and spike jn English the area was great loads to see and do next to so many restaurants I can't thank the staff enough they helped us all though are stay will definitely be be back to stay there when I visit and highly recommend this hotel yo stay in if your visiting erbil

I really liked the hotel. The location is ideal, just 2km from the historic heart of Erbil. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. And there's nothing to say about the cleanliness. I will come back next time at my flowers 3.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate me across numerous stays during my time in Iraqi Kurdistan. They were attentive and supported me when needed. They also provided me with gluten free products and a lovely welcome note.
One of the best 5 star hotel in Erbil. Arshad the door man was very nice, and he helped us a lot. He even recommended us places to visit in Erbil and helped us where to do CPR test before departing erbil Airport.
