During our recent stay at Prazeres Hotel in Panjim, we were blown away by the unparalleled hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel staff, particularly the owner and his team.
What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner made us feel right at home. His genuine politeness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel.
The amenities provided at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed conveniently available on level zero without any extra charges. From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort.
The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The delightful ambience of the colonial Portuguese Villa (incl period furniture) together with the lovely garden with shade. Sajjan ( manager), the chefs and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were keen on experiencing Goan food and really loved it there. It was a quiet haven at the end of a private road - ideal to start our holiday touring Goa. The walk to Sinquerim Beach is on level ground. Look forward to returning soon.
Our stay at Marbella was just exceptional. The place is so pretty and is full of greenery. We could hear the birds singing early in the morning and it felt very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food prepared by the chef was also really good. Also, the place is just walking distance from Sinquerim beach. Overall we had an amazing experience.

The host Sajjan was so nice and welcoming, he made all the things easy for us. food was also good. all the staff is polite. all will greet you with a big smile. if you don’t want the experience of hotel and you want to quiet place then this is it. We stayed only for a night because my regular hotel was fully booked for that day. However, the hosts were very gracious and arranged a cab for us to reach the station the next morning at very short notice. I felt like I was somewhere really safe and home like.
The Villa is in a quiet backstreet, but still close enough to all the nice restaurants in the village. The Beach and the Sinquerim Fort is also just a short walk away. The family who owns the Villa are very kind people. They gave us a lot of great recommendations in the area.
I have travelled the world and this is my favourite hotel ever, clean, beautiful, quiet, stunning decor, but most of all, the manager Sajjan and his team were just wonderful, a genuinely delightful hotel and a stunning g home for out week in Goa.
Overall, great hospitality at this incredibly well maintained property. The management was welcoming. It's a family friendly place. Being a Goan, it felt like a Goan home. The breakfast is simple. Hope to be back soon.

Great place with amazing and good quality service! The staff was great. The hotel has a great vibe to it. Things like the gym and the swimming pool are a great way to distract yourself and stay fit! Do visit once.
Interesting building, pleasant rooms with AC in the bedroom, breakfast was great. The location was great for the very short walk to Sinquerim beach, Kandolim a short walk. Good places to eat nearby.
