Our room / bathroom was very spacious, bed was super comfortable and minibar was always fully stocked up with the essentials which was handy as we didn’t have to keep venturing out to buy drinks/ snacks, most of which were very reasonable priced!
The pool was lovely and always kept clean. Hibiscus Spa was 10/10 and catered to our every need. Massage and facial treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
We always felt very safe staying there with 24/7 security outside the hotel. Big thanks to Rakesh for being friendly and always welcoming us with a smile.
Even though the hotel is a little out of the centre, Ubers are very cheap.
Last but not least the service was out of this world!! Probably the highlight of our stay there. All of the staff were always very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Huge thank you to Vishal (Bar man) especially for looking after us so well during our stay, a great asset to the hotel!!

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean room. They tried to fulfill our needs even amongst their refurbishment.The staff walked us to our taxi as the hotel is located in an alley. We felt safe. Beds are comfortable. I am sure that it will be beautiful again when the work is finished. Lovely views.
