Worst I paid 12 k for 1 day they asked for advanced. When I informed about check out they cut off my phone connectivity and forced me to rage in front of reception with three of their staff members They should be sued in consumer forum They are having predatory acts to extract money from travellers. Only advantage they are taking is of location They loot people by saying talk to booking .com as you are checking out early. I was forced to pay 12 k only for 1 day…. No lift , receptionist are well trained … they can call directly to you for advanced payment but when it comes to cancellation they ask you to talk to booking.com. They are literally looting people. Don’t book it.
