Its tradition location and behavior/ attitude towards customer (I am a senior citizen travelling India and abroad regularly) This time when I listened the promo video on Lalit, I realized I already stayed in Lalit Ashok and Bangalore. May be next time I would visit Lalit Sri Nagar and Udaipur Also I realized Lalit Kolkata doing many humanitarian work by employing physically challenged, hearing and sight impaired people in appropriate places, so that they are brought up to the main stream. One particular instance I want to highlight is the timely intervention of Sri Dipankar who is attending the guests in the lobby, when I was finding it difficult to engage the lift due to key malfunction. The lift was not taking off from ground floor to fifth floor. Dipankar observed my situation, before asking him he came down and safely took me to room # 501. When I asked his name I realized that he is speech impaired! Wonderful experience!! All staff where ever they are assigned, was 100% customer focused. Whether it is dining hall, front office, house keeping....In front office I appreciate Sainur and Pradipta for their courteous behavior.
