Have to applaud reception staff Minakshi Pandita's very warm and helpful guidance. She knows her job well and was very helpful in making our evening siteseeing just perfect. Staffs response and attitude reflects the hospitality scale of the hotel. All the staff in all areas we met were very well trained and helpful. Food excellent, rooms perfect, location great. I booked on line but they didn't allow me. They told me that they do not have c form. They and me my wife and child in to another hotel and charged me double money with out breakfast and dinner. I had to pay because I was too tired after long long journey's.
