During our recent stay at Prazeres Hotel in Panjim, we were blown away by the unparalleled hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel staff, particularly the owner and his team.
What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner made us feel right at home. His genuine politeness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel.
The amenities provided at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed conveniently available on level zero without any extra charges. From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort.
The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction.

You should definitely visit Miski bar next to Panjim Post office and try their Beef / Chicken cafreal sandwich as well as the prawn cafreal and do not leave the city without trying goa's local beer People's.
Also book a walking tour with Soul Travels and ask for Kunal or Bob. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the location in the Portuguese area, we spent three full days exploring the immediate area and nearby - all on foot - except a trip to Old Goa by local bus. We had simple lunches, usually samosas (the best we have ever tasted) and chai with dinner at local Fontainhas restaurants including our hotel.

As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with the men they allow inside the hotel - just sitting around men sitting around lobby staring. Even at dinner at the hotel, we had the same experience - with extremely cheap men sitting around and just staring at women like we were there for their entertainment.
The hotel also lies about cab services for guests, insisting that you only use cab services run by thugs - stationed outside the premises. They charge extremely high rates and are complete bullies. All you need to do is walk up the street to the high way and you can take far more reasonable cabs/ taxis - but the hotel doesnt even infrom you about this. Shows how much they value their customers and a basic level of customer service. Pathetic customer service by double tree by Hilton Panaji. Do not waste your time at this hotel.
Property is a lovely 24 room property with a private beach & a small swimming pool. The location is very calming. You get a feel of goa in true essence and feel cut off from the world while you immerse yourself there. If you wanna stay and relax in the pool and take early morning / late evening visits to the beach, this is your best value bet in Goa! The convenience of walking down to your room fully drenched and be able to relax after a nice shower is unmatchable.
Rooms are spacious, Neat and Clean, Provides RO Water and all basic amenities. They have a very reasonable price in comparison to other hotels in Goa especially Panjim. They have free parking available for both two and four wheelers. Ample parking space. Loved Maan Bahadur's hospitality and Support during the stay.

The property is very well located and well designed, with a distinct Goanese aura in the decor. There are nice sit out spaces and lounges all around the property, ideal for relaxing. The multi-cuisine restaurant serving breakfast was excellent with a huge spread and a wide variety.
The hotel also made the effort to know if we were there for an occasion and then provided complementary cakes to celebrate the occasion. This was very thoughtful!
Everything is top notch! The hosts - Mr. & Mrs. Botelho are so welcoming, warm, helpful and humble. It’s like a home away from the home. Rooms, food and overall service is fabulous.
Location is bang in the heart of Fontainhas. Panjim church, market, restaurants and many pubs are nearby but still the location of hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It’s an experience in itself. We will be staying here in all of our future Goa tours. 😊
The things I most liked about Prazeres are location, room service, quick service and bookings for almost anything, room and cleanliness. The location was so perfect, it was very close to Miramar beach and Dona Paula. If one want to enjoy the stay & sightseeing Panaji then this is value for money and excellent hotel I ever stayed at. Very near from Goa science center. Room was awesome and clean with excellent infrastructure.
This seems like a new property and is done up well. Having a functional Kitchen in the room is always an added advantage. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hosts & the staff are amazing people and took good care. I would recommend this property for someone who is looking to stay close to Panjim and interested in exploring North, South & Old Goa.

Extremely hard working and helpful host- Mr. Leo and accompanied by attendants (Mithun and family) are near perfect.. property is so well maintained which is definitely an eye catcher.. Perfect ambience for a serene stay.. If I ever happen to visit Goa again, this place will be my first option.
I fell ill in Goa with a stomach bug. When I mentioned this to Severina Fernandes, the Supervisor at In Room Dining, she took a lot of care to see if I needed anything and to make sure I was getting better with the proper food and beverages! Really appreciated her care and concern. Thank you.

Very cozy apartments to enjoy fully your holidays and to make your experience in Goa out of normal. Bruce provides you with whatever you might need: scooters, cars and other stuff. Apartments are SUPER CLEAN (something difficult to find sometimes around 😄)
The location of the house. So much greenery around. Noel's hospitality. He is very sweet, helpful and prompt. And of course the delicious Goan breakfast served every morning. It feels like staying at home away from home. The rooms are very clean and cozy.
The grandeur of a heritage home at the price of a normal hotel room. The entire hotel has a wonderful aesthetic appearance and has many stories to tell, intertwined with the history of Goa. Well managed and ongoing maintenance done very meticulously.
