Very good breakfast with good selection of fruit, cereals, western and indian staple dishes and ofc an egg bar. Good coffee too (they have a bean to cup machine for espresso). The rooms (stayed in 2) were clean and AC works well.
The gym is surprisingly good for a hotel gym, and whilst the the spa is more costly than the street massage places it's worth while as the massage is higher quality but you have a steam and shower before you leave, so you depart refreshed and ready to crack on with the day.
The staff were all very helpful, especially the cafe/bar staff.

The pool was the only facility that we really enjoyed at the hotel. The pool was clean, warm and sun loungers were always available. The bar was a good addition to get drinks. The changing rooms were also clean & a good addition to poolside.
I would like to add that the tiles in the pool are wearing off and we stepped on a few whilst in the pool which was uncomfortable.
Staff at reception were helpful with enquiries we had. They arranged transport such as Tuk tuks and taxis promptly. One of the waiters in the restaurant was helpful, he was always attentive and polite. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.
The breakfast was okay, they had a variety of dishes to suit everyone although it was the same every morning and it could do with being changed.

I went in low season and absolutely loved it! The beach is very nice and there are so many great restaurant options! I ended up extending my stay cause I really loved it, but I think in season I might not enjoy it due to being too crowded.

Very beautiful and clean beach! We really enjoyed our time there. Definitely did not regret coming to the southern part of Goa instead of North. Palolem has so many places to eat and the food is always good! Lots of options everwhere.

We were located between Patnem and Palolem so it is good for either beach. It’s only a 15 min walk or £1.50 in a Tuk tuk so it was ideal for us. Our hotel was lovely and quiet but the towns themselves were busy and may appeal more if you are more interested in partying. Loads of great places to eat and drink and the locals are always friendly

The best beach in Goa and mainland India. One of my favourite beaches in the world, right up there with Amalfi and Sardinia. Great food and restaurants on the beach, beautiful bay where one can enjoy sunsets and sunrises every day. The sunset was poetic to watch between two hills. I met many repeat tourists who love to come back here for sunbathing and swimming here, and relaxing due to its tranquility. It is specially popular among Western European tourists from the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

Why is there not a collective effort from land owners n hotel management to clean this beautiful place ?
The stay was comfortable and best is it was at a walkable distance from market and beach. The property manager Vishwanath was our saviour for the south Goa trip since our 1st stay(dreams of Palolem) just called us a day prior to our travel stating the place is not available and we l have to find something else. However Vishwanath arranged our stay for 2 days as well on very short notice. He helped us arrange for Scooty as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay there.
A real relaxing wonderful stay. The rooms are super light and airy and all are cleaned daily to a good standard. Beds are comfy and linen is white and clean. Hotel itself is really peaceful and the pool area is a great place to relax. They can provide taxis, scooter hire and more, and staff were always willing to help. I have come to Palolem many times but this was the best stay yet. You will not regret a few nights here! Really quiet and night
Firstly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a little piece of paradise on the edge of Palolem, tucked away on sand walking paths with a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottages as you are drifting to sleep. The staff are laidback, friendly and accommodating. The owners are very sweet as well. The bug net was perfect to cover the bed.
The staff is very co-operative. Sidhesh had been a great help during the stay. He can be your guide for your south Goa tour as well. The staff helped in making the stay very pleasent.
Palolem beach is just a minute walk away. Loved the location ans staff.
Would definitely recommend this property for stay in South Goa be it for a solo traveller, couple or family.
Brilliant property, it's an old Portuguese house turned into hostel by lovely host Mr. Deep. Beautiful experience to stay in goa monsoons, free wifi, common kitchen and game nights. Extremely clean and bathrooms are huge. Overall Warm and lovely experience. Nature at its best with all the garden and coconut trees around the property. Favorite hostel in palolem!
The lost hostel goa is just a walkable distance away from palolem beach. I’ve enjoyed the company of coolest guests here. Thoroughly enjoyed jamming night till 2am with other guests. Fortunate to meet all music lovers at this place. Hostel has all the facilities u need for a perfect workation,/solo travel. Staff are really professional and friendly.
One of the best staying in Palolem. The owners, staffs and the management are very cool and the way the treated was extremely awesome. If you are looking for hostels, private rooms, luxury rooms,....then this is the best place to stay. Rishi bhai and Suraj bhai helped a lot for booking rental bikes and places to explore in Goa.
Perfect location on Palolem Beach. I’ve stayed in both the beach side and garden side and loved both. The restaurant serves excellent food, and best of all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is simply fantastic. The sea facing rooms are lovely. You can wake up to the gorgeous view of water. The restaurant and the restaurant staff particularly were fantastic. Bossant in particular went out of his way to help us with our dietary requirements. The hotel staff were also very helpful and obliging.
Beautiful, relaxing spot only a short walk from the bustling Palolem beach. The staff is incredibly nice. Rooms clean and well maintained. And very quiet, with proximity to many bars and restaurants — and great shopping! We loved being able to open the French doors to enjoy the ocean waves and breeze from bed.
Staff is very helpful and humble. He has picked up us from taxi parking area and taken us to the property. Rooms are very nice , pretty spacious. Property is worth for money. Also I suggest to people coming to Goa, must do stay at palolem beach for some two days. It's a beautiful and clean beach.

Location of the property close to palolem beach which puts the beach and all the good restaurants at walk-in distance. The look and feel of property is really good which gives you feeling of living in cottages in middle of nature. Food was decent.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located directly at the beach which makes the stay unique (we haven’t found a comparable place). Palolem beach is next by and great for swimming and also offers a variety of restaurants.
It's on the beach itself.its a very quiet and beautiful beach so the location itself was scenic nothing great abt this place. The hotels next to this one were even better.
The strongest points of this hotel are the Staff (Very helpful and always with a smile) and the facility comforts (excellent pool, great mattress, great showers) etc
Roundcube Bungalow is the best stay you'll find in South Goa. Giving a a full view to Palolem Beach you can spend a quality time here with your family and friends.
