We had a wonderful stay at Bracknell Forest. Excellent hospitality and good staff. All are very supportive and addressed and resolved all our queries very quickly. Full marks for cleanliness and food quality. We do activities like plantation walks and bonfires we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well kept and the rooms are very neatly equipped. The attitude and friendly smiling faces of all the staff make the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall very nice and comfortable stay enjoyed myself with my family.

The location was excellent. The view from the hotel was spectacular. The friendly staff made our stay pleasurable. The morning hike hosted by Sharath Gopalan was the highlight of my stay. Superb room with a balcony overlooking the Bazaar and a background of mountains. spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and toiletries were supplied, but no toilet paper. Excellent location just up from the town bus station, where all buses call in. They arrange various private tours. I did a Tuk tuk tour to the top station, which had 10 fixed stops on it. And the driver was fantastic and delivered exactly what I expected, and nothing was rushed.

Just spellbound, as God Himself painted on the canvas of Munnar. We got opportunity to visit spice garden, Tea plantation & Chocolate factory and some beautiful landscapes within a very short spell of time. I wish to come Munnar again to explore many more places in Munnar, where we couldn't due to lack of time we missed them.

Absolutely beautiful.
Absolutely beautiful. It was a highlight of our trip to spend time there - the air is considerably cooler and cleaner than other parts of south India so it was a welcome reprieve for us. I would say anyone going to Kerala should make it a point to go into the ghat mountains. But getting around was not easy! The roads made us all very ill. Motion sickness pills are a must. And the hotels, and towns, and tea plantations are all spread out so every day you basically will have to get back in the car for torture again. We didn't see as much as we had hoped because we were too ill and we also had not factored in how far apart everything is. But we just loved the mountain air and lush scenery anyways.

Munnar is a very interesting area to visit with a family, lots of activities for families, very easy to move around with Tuk-Tuk or for a better comfort with an open Mahindra jeep.
walking around the tea plantation is breathtaking, we could also see the Elephants in a natural environment, mind blowing experience.
We spent five days in Munnar and it was perfect.

One needs to visit Munnar during non peak season as the roads become very congested and lot of time is wasted in travel alone.
A minimum three days stay is essential to cover Munnar properly.
It is better to stay on plains rather than in properties at height and access to the property through uneven clay roads.

I enjoyed a lot walking around the tea plantations and visiting tea factory. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything needed for such a nice experience. The nature is very beautiful around Munnar with beautiful mountain views around. I would go there again if I could.
The staff are the highlight of this hotel. From accommodation staff, to food and beverage, to the front desk, they are just an exceptional group of people. Breakfast had a decent selection on 2/4 mornings when the buffet was on. The twin room was spacious and filtered water was freely available on request. I used the gym everyday, it is basic but a good space for yoga practice, treadmill, weights and bike. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Munnar town.
The staff is extremely helpful. They will go out of the way to help you, arrange transportation for you.
The food is excellent, they make very good north indian food too, which is a saviour. Also they will arrange breakfast as per your suggestion. Honestly too good. Let me say the butter chicken is best in Kerala .

I've stayed at many varieties of hotels, but this was sure was a proper 5* experience. The service was excellent. The location of the hotel in between tea plantations etc was really nice. The views on a hot day in Kerala from the room were second to none. Felt that this stay really made our stay in Kerala memorable.

The hotel was perched on a high ridge, we had beautiful views of the mountains and reservoirs from our balcony. The sunrises were spectacular. The hotel is only a few kilometres from Munnar to the north and superb rivers, waterfalls and reservoirs to the south. Great central position for sight seeing in this area. Bedroom was reasonable size but had an adjoining lounge making it much larger.
The Location of the cottage is fantastic and mind blowing. Its surrounded by nature with small waterfalls on your balcony side. I would recommend this place to everyone. Though it is a little inside from Munnar town, people who have car or rented bike can definitely choose this place. The hotel staff is very good and supportive. The food is very good.

Good reception by the staff at hotel. Food quality was exceptional, hygienic as well. Nice location (drive and stay) at Munnar even though little away from Centre point. I prioritized the location considering the places that I had planned to visit and subsequent trip. I would recommend strongly to consider this for stay.

We loved this hotel, if you are staying in Munnar. Then this hotel is the place to stay! The hotel staff and manager treated us like we where family! From helping us get to our bus back to Kochi too friendly service during dinner. Also very clean and the wifi is very good! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great hotel/hostel. Very clean, staff service is excellent. Quite a way out of munnar but the food at the hotel is very good and reasonably priced. They can help you arrange tours and onward travel. Its on the edge of the jungle so you can see and hear lots of wildlife
The location was excellent because it was away from the hustle/bustle but close enough to Munnar(for people with vehicles). The room were spacious and good. The staff was very proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel organized activities to keep the guests engaged.
