Nice location amidst greenery and nice view of valley and mountain. Calm and cool place to stay and relax. Enjoyed staying with my family. Very nice swimming pool with sufficient size and valley view. Very supportive and service minded staff. On our request, they sent a cake at midnight to celebrate my wife's birthday. Clean rooms and well maintained surroundings. It rained for sometime which gave a great feel of nature's music. My car was covered with leaves due to the rain, but they brought it clean for my departure. Special thanks for that.

We got opportunity to visit spice garden, Tea plantation & Chocolate factory and some beautiful landscapes within a very short spell of time. I wish to come Munnar again to explore many more places in Munnar, where we couldn't due to lack of time we missed them.

Absolutely beautiful. It was a highlight of our trip to spend time there - the air is considerably cooler and cleaner than other parts of south India so it was a welcome reprieve for us. I would say anyone going to Kerala should make it a point to go into the ghat mountains. But getting around was not easy! The roads made us all very ill. Motion sickness pills are a must. And the hotels, and towns, and tea plantations are all spread out so every day you basically will have to get back in the car for torture again. We didn't see as much as we had hoped because we were too ill and we also had not factored in how far apart everything is. But we just loved the mountain air and lush scenery anyways.

Munnar is a very interesting area to visit with a family, lots of activities for families, very easy to move around with Tuk-Tuk or for a better comfort with an open Mahindra jeep.
walking around the tea plantation is breathtaking, we could also see the Elephants in a natural environment, mind blowing experience.
We spent five days in Munnar and it was perfect.

One needs to visit Munnar during non peak season as the roads become very congested and lot of time is wasted in travel alone.
A minimum three days stay is essential to cover Munnar properly.
It is better to stay on plains rather than in properties at height and access to the property through uneven clay roads.

I enjoyed a lot walking around the tea plantations and visiting tea factory. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything needed for such a nice experience. The nature is very beautiful around Munnar with beautiful mountain views around. I would go there again if I could.
Location: Excellent views from the hotel. Good access to various attractions around Munnar and Chitirapuram. Close to a Kathakali and Martial Arts Show (The Raga) which was an interesting watch.
Food: also excellent. We recommend trying the traditional South Indian Chitti Choru whilst staying there.
Rooms/Facilities/Staff: Clean, Comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Very helpful and kind staff members. Provided genuine recommendations for things to visit/see around the area.

We stayed here for our honeymoon kickoff from Munnar, It is perfectly located at the heart of the city centre, Parking here is a bit tricky as the hotel entrance is just at the slope.
Hotel staff is very courteous, Premises were been cleaned at regular intervals and the property had a relaxing fragrance all the time.

We liked the hotel, quiet in the mountains and a short drive to Munnar Town. The staff were friendly and super efficient. We had laundry done at the hotel which was done fast and our clothes came back perfectly clean.
We had dinner at the hotel, made use of the excellent spa facilities and had breakfast also. The room service was also fast when we ordered coffee or cold drinks.

Stayed at Las palmas for 2 days 22 to 24 oct 22, the location was amazing, in the nature and patched forest with nearly tea hill ☘️ plantations make this hotel resort a unique place from the bustling munnar town. V. Important the hotel is right on the NH road of TN and kerala highway, busses from theni, madurai etc passes in front of the hotel.

The executive room was excellent, and the balcony view over the mountains was perfect! The best budget hotel i've ever stayed in munnar. The hotel location is around 1 KM from munnar town, staffs (mr Arun and Vimal) was so helpful and polite. They treated us verry well. They provide all the facilities available in this budget and some special cares also. Not only The luxury hotels matters, the qualities of the staffs also matters. Thank u achus inn.
This was our favourite hotel we stayed in India. The location is excellent, the hotel is modern, and the rooms are very clean. The best part for us was the staff. They helped us book some really fun local tours. When I fell sick, they went into town to buy some supplies for me. They really go above and beyond!!
During our stay we received nothing but kindness and patience from host Sumesh. He is always available and willing to help. You notice he puts great care to maintain a good and positive energy in the place. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you and if we ever visit Munnar again, we will be sure to come back!
Nice place to chill with a beautiful view at the balcony. Great staff. The hotel is located only 10-15 minutes walking from the city center, and near restaurants. You can also ask the reception to let your backpack after the check-out if you plan to do a last trekking before leaving Munnar. We recommend !

There are beautiful hotels with absolutely well service and view in Munnar. They just want money, not customer satisfaction or happiness.
The location is perfect! The hotel is down a quiet side street but still within short walking distance of Old Munnar and Munnar. We had a beautiful view of the river and in the morning we would wake up to the birds singing. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable!
