I booked it through booking.com. when I was about to reach the location, I got a call from the property reservation team and they said there is no room available. Despite my request, that I am traveling from Gurgaon with family. They didn't listen and even talked arrogantly. I tried contacting customer care of booking but I failed. One of the worst experience of hotel booking. After all this non sense when I tried cancelling the booking i was asked to pay INR937 and if I wanted it to be waived off I had to request the same property who denied me the rooms which was booked already by me. I mean it was utter non sense. Oyo is far better than this

Excellent host. Safe location. The family is really helpful. We were there for work. They provided us with nice, good, fresh cooked food. Also offered to take us around and the cost is reasonable.
