Ensure that your food is arranged by the property owner in case you do not want to go out....-as property owner very clearly had indicated they do not have kitchen facilities nor they can organise persons to bring/purchase food...if this is not clear,then you will be fooled....!
BOOKING.COM to update their references accordingly after discussing with the property owner and I am surprised how OYO suddenly steps in and wants to resolve the issue between the person who had booked the accommodation and the property owner-in fact,no one from BOOKING.COM had called when the issue was raised/emailed.....!
