Very nice located award winning family owned hotel (15 mins from Dabolim Airport) which is very well maintained and just a short walk from a nice sandy beach.
Staff is extremely helpful and quality of food is very good. Rooms have balconies & all facilities are clean; you can do your own sightseeing on a rented (e-)bike. Recommended

Overall a very nice property for family holiday. We visited in rainy season,so we spent a full day inside the room and wanted to watch movies or tv entertainment.But the tv cable selection was third rate,no popular channels and no HD channels were available. The whole tv cable set up is old, needs complete revamp.

My room was more private as it didnt face the pool.
Its far away from the popular restaurants and eating places. The Taxis just outside the property are very costly and the local taxiwala dont allow goa miles taxis. Better if you have your own vehicle.
