Staff was very sweet and friendly, it felt like a family business where you had personal relationships with them. They were always smiley and willing to help us. Walking distance from the beach, quiet neighbourhood.

There's a lot of good things to say about this place, from the pool, proximity to the beach, lovely garden, to the complimentary breakfast. However, I must say that the best point about this place is the service. Mr Sunil and his team had been nothing short of absolutely lovely, hospitable and helpful throughout our stay and we can't praise them enough -- special shoutout to the restaurant crews! He also gave us a free room upgrade, which was highly appreciated.

I liked the cleanliness of the surrounding and inside the room. The room was quite specious...and reception staff were cooperative...I loved the food quality. It was awesome..and this hotel is 15 minutes away from Dabholim Airport so commuting was very easy.

Very nice located award winning family owned hotel (15 mins from Dabolim Airport) which is very well maintained and just a short walk from a nice sandy beach.
Staff is extremely helpful and quality of food is very good. Rooms have balconies & all facilities are clean; you can do your own sightseeing on a rented (e-)bike. Recommended

Overall a very nice property for family holiday. We visited in rainy season,so we spent a full day inside the room and wanted to watch movies or tv entertainment.But the tv cable selection was third rate,no popular channels and no HD channels were available. The whole tv cable set up is old, needs complete revamp.

If you really like quite, peaceful beaches then this one is for you. There are couple of beaches along the stretch and one will enjoy early morning and evening walks on the beach. There are also some good shacks and water sports activity around

My room was more private as it didnt face the pool.
Its far away from the popular restaurants and eating places. The Taxis just outside the property are very costly and the local taxiwala dont allow goa miles taxis. Better if you have your own vehicle.
