Excellent place. The room is small but very clean. There is 24 hours hot water. There is room service. You get coffee. There is a restaurant on the rooftop which is excellent. People are nice and helpful. I booked through booking.com which is the cheapest price (cheaper than walk-in) and it includes complimentary breakfast. Payment can be made by Google Pay. There is wifi.

The location is very good.
many eating places around. All the city can be toured by walking.
The owner is very helpful in the travel and provided good transport at a very reasonable cost. His self drive car was OK. But will advise to fix the clutch of one of his cars. very American way of taking and handing over car.
The bed room A/c really works well and helped out as there was no fan in that bedroom.
The one lunch we had there was good.
Bathrooms and all facilities in the suite are good.

Agartala is an OK place, however, it is not tourist friendly.
Majority of the hotels, taxis, auto rickshaws cheat openly.

The outskirts of Agartala and the villages around are very clean. People are simple and proud of their location. There are many hidden attractions for tourists ~ which have not been explored. In a way this is good!!! Drives along the countryside were gorgeous.
We did see littering at places, but those appeared to be the contributions from tourists and visitors. Also, the road conditions are poor ~ which hopefully will improve with time.
Airport is new and well designed. However, irrespective of making efforts to maintain it clean, the passengers are making it filthy.

Agartala is very nice city to explore, its adjacent with Bangladesh by 3 side, peoples are friendly, Enjoyed the view of Agartala Rajbari , and atmosphere was quite good , Food Option is both Veg or Non-Veg . must visit Sherowali sweets, they have vast range of sweets and other items As well.
NeerMahal situated 55km distance from Agartala, its a palace in the middle of lake , the architecture was fabulous.
