The appartment is very cozy and nicely decorated. It has all you need like a small kitchen, tv with Netflix and wifi. It is perfectly situated a few minutes from the Kineret and from the beds you have an amazing view over the lake when waking up, or going to bed. The host was super friendly and helful and the communication was pleasant and efficient.

The air conditioned tent was perfect for our family. It was comfortable with a fake grass floor and included mattresses and pillows for all of us. Plenty of fridge space was available on the site, and our family enjoyed both the hot and cold pools. We especially enjoyed the evening torch led tour of the space and appreciated learning about the history of the area. Note that the facilities have reduced their attractions during corona and no longer have the live animal park, but nonetheless it was an enjoyable and comfortable simple summer getaway for our family.

When we arrived, checked-in, and were on our way to the room, hotel manager (Ronen) saw us with bicycle and upgraded us to a suite. Ronen was very serviceable and kind, made our short stay very enjoyable. Definitely recommending.

The location is just on the Tiberias boardwalk. If you want breakfast you need to order it the previous day, not on location. but they do have free coffee and fruit.

It was an exceptional stay for us. The hotel is located in a historical building and everything inside and outside of the hotel looks very authentic and nice. The location is great - few minutes walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping locations, etc. Usually, I do not pay attention, but here I can say - very reasonable placement of power outlets, lights and light switches in the room was exceptional. Good breakfast - you can find a meal to your requirements.

Great staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Was given a nice big fruit platter on the first day which was a nice touch. Pool area was great, especially with the sprinkler system misting around. The guys that drove around the cart were very helpful and recommended some very nice places to eat and even called on our behalf.
