Location was perfect at least for us birdwatchers. There is no breakfast, but you can make your own cooking in the kitchen and there is a kettle in the apartment. The staff was very helpful.

The two hosts are incredibly nice and committed people whom you take to your heart immediately ! They come from the area and with those six tents with heating and cooling and a sanitary facility, they have made it possible to spend the night in a tent in the Negev very comfortably.
We hiked out of the plantation settlement and observed animals in the desert - just a few hundred meters from the plantations. Great. bring binoculars with you. Night vision goggles in the summer when the animals hide from the heat during the day.
